I have a sore back at times and Cassie found the pressure washer I wanted, rolled it out to the sales floor to make sure I could reach the handle and the pull rope easily. “Walmart is definitely one of the largest grocery retailers in the United States handling tons of food daily. As I've been working on an in-depth study of my local store, I've been impressed with the number of products offered. A super changing selection of seasonal items really raises the bar. The only real issue is, when you shop in a grocery store with this HUGE of a selection of products, you tend to go in with a mindset on what you want, just to get in and get out quicker. But if you go with no particular things in mind, and take your time to actually LOOK at the products being offered, you might find new things and sometimes things that have been brought back from the past. The reason for four stars is the inability to keep the shelves always stocked of the most common purchases. Otherwise, this store would be a five star.”
“I found out on a Saturday that my insurance company wanted prior authorization on a medicine I have been on FOR YEARS !!. Without my insurance it would have cost $404.00 !! The staff at the Wooster Walmart went out of their way to explain to me the options I had and even showed concern about me being without my medication. MORE THAN MY INSURANCE COMPANY DID !! The pharmacist assured me they would contact my doctor Monday morning and they did !! YOU ROCK !!”
