“My employer purchased a tablet online from Amazon for me to be able to complete my duties remotely. His carrier is T-Mobile. While he did have to come down so that everything could be synced to his account. The guy (Jeff ?, I think that was his name) was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. It was non-stop busy yesterday but he didn't miss a beat. He was thorough and super patient with every customer that walked in the door and on the phone. I'm not a T-Mobile customer but I might just become one after my contract with At & t is up ??”
