“I’m astounded at the job Darryl and his people did with my car. After an unfortunate pet incident in my car, Darryl And his people did an amazing job with the whole interior of my car. It looks and smells better than you! He replaced my cabin filter, took the haze off my headlights and when I got there, he had given my car, a wash by hand. My car truly looks brand new! I had them detail another car a year or so ago and they did an amazing job there too. I will not take my car detailing work anywhere else! Darryl It’s nice, personable, and handsome! They do great work!! And I will recommend them to everyone that I know!”

“I recently purchased a car from Germain Lexus of Dublin and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Shortly after bringing the car home, my husband, a longtime Lexus owner and enthusiast, noticed the steering wheel shaking at higher speeds and the car pulling to the right. Without an appointment, I visited the dealership on a Friday, expecting to speak with the salesperson who sold me the car. Although he wasn’t available, another team member stepped in and provided exceptional assistance.
They promptly directed me to the service department, where my concerns were addressed immediately. I was provided with a beautiful loaner car for the entire weekend, hassle-free, while they diagnosed and resolved the issue at no charge.

“Ohhhh, my "Bob" ?..... It's taken me 57 years, but i finally found the best place to wash my car without spending a fortune. Let's start with the tire cleaner that wasn't supposed to be available. Well i can't hardly wait to what it'll do when it does supposedly works, because i've honestly never had as much brake dust come off of my rim caps and make them look decent for a change. And as for the rest of the job, i'll let you see if it's good enough or not with the photos in this review that is going to go worldwide, since i'm in the top 10%of Google reviewers worldwide, and i couldn't be happier to give my highest review of my life. So glad i drove from the Westside of Columbus after reading other's reviews definitely worth the few extra minutes to come here that's for sure. And i'll never go anywhere else again. “Wow! Andy did an incredible job? I asked for a interior detail & outside wash. My car was gross before hand, I don't have a before picture but It looked like a toddler had taken cookies/crackers smashed them all over the console, poured juice on it then added more smashed crackers. I've had my car detailed twice before at other providers. This is by far the best Ive had done to my car. Thanks Andy!!!”

“Our car had some damage to the front fender. Another shop said it could not be fixed without replacing the entire fender. Details on High repaired the damage without replacing the fender and we are completely satisfied. A great job at a reasonable cost.”
“The wash is ok. It's great that the unlimited packages give you the choice of either wash. Touchless or the tunnel type. The only things that I don't like is the dryers don't do a very good job and you can't go there JUST to use the vacuums. They can only be accessed through exiting the wash.”

“This was the first location where I’ve seen mat holders and separate vacuums for them. Brought my wife’s car this trip but will definitely bring back mine for the mats. Only complaint was how close the attendant has the cars in the wash.”
“I don't usually do reviews, but I had such a positive experience here I just had to! My car got accidentally sprayed by someone working with an acrylic spray - it got all over my car - probably over 60% of the car was covered this acrylic. I didn't know what to do, I checked with a car wash and they could not clean it so they recommended i try Touch of Class. I called and ended up talking to the owner Fawzi, he listened to my problem and was very helpful and positive. I brought my car in and he and his staff come out and inspected how bad the acrylic was and decided what to do. They did an extensive prewash & power wash and kept checking as they were working to make sure the acrylic was coming off and when Fawzi felt it was good we went ahead and completed the car wash. I was amazed it all came off! It looked so good!
The staff were so nice and paid so much attention to detail- did a great job and the owner was absolutely amazing!! He walked me through every bit of the process as I've never been there before. He was so honest and fair- did not try to sell me on more expensive packages and cared so much of the quality of service I received. This level of care and customer service is very rare these days, I will definitely be coming back regularly! Thank you so much!!!”
“I really like going to Tommy’s Express. The car wash is quick, super easy to use, and my car always comes out looking really clean. The vacuums sucking power is like no other and work really well, and I love that they have those little air blower tools to get water out of the mirrors and cracks. The place is always clean and Drake is extremely friendly and helpful if you need anything, knows it all and is not afraid to explain. It’s just a smooth, no-stress experience every time I go. Definitely recommend it!”

“It was my first time trying this place, and I was greeted by their salesperson, Clayton. He explained all the different washes I could choose from, and the deals they have ongoing right now with their memberships, and was very friendly and professional. I signed up for the ceramic 4 ultra since you get so much for a great price for a couple months, and it washes my car so well with no scratches!! I like that they provide rust prevention in the washes, and the free vacs are convenient. the place seems really well kept up with and they have great staff. I will likely continue using my membership at this location over others. Thanks everyone at moomoo on s grener!!”

“I came here to wash my weather mats that are in my car. They have plenty of clips on the wall to where I could hang my mats. They have plenty of options for cleaning. Be sure to bring quarters only. I ran out of quarters and have a couple dollar bills but there was no machine to where I could get change.”
