“Took our truck in at 3pm on a Thursday. We told them to check a few things and anything else they felt should be looked at. Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”
“These guys got me a full set of tires and replaced my front brakes for $400, great deal. Service was great, they were super quick. I was in and out of there in like 30 ish minutes, and they were chill with me bringing my own brake pads. They have a huge selection of tires too. Highly recommend”

“Would recommend to everyone! I came from out-of-state to purchase a used vehicle in Columbus and wanted to make sure the car was as good as it looked. I was able to get in and out and the entire staff was very friendly. The mechanic was great over the phone and even double checked that I had done my research on the title and price of the car and gave me his experience with cars from the dealer I was buying from. Also one of the best waiting areas of any mechanic I've ever been too lol. I just wish that I lived in Columbus because I would feel confident in going to them for any future repairs.”

“I had a card for a free oil change and a diagnostic check. 1st visit there. They were phenomenal. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, good news, they found no issues with my 2015 crv, also rotated my tires, didnt even charge me. I dont put alot of miles on my car, but I know i will be coming to grismer when they need replaced. They were nice and professional. Thank you for the great service.”

How ever nothing worked I went to NTB and Mr. Snow was at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and a welcome. I told him the issues and he said well lets hope its simple and we will get you right back on the road less then five minutes later my door is closed and I'm starting it up to head home safely. “Ran over a large metal screw today and my tire immediately began to lose tire pressure. I called the NTB location on Lyra Drive and they let me come right in to take care of this emergency. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time with no appointment. Highly recommend this location.”

“I've been taking my cars here for 15+ years. Staff is always friendly, never tries to push or upsale, and the work has always been top notch. You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. I have never had to worry about my cars in their care and will continue to take them here as long as I'm in the area.”

“I have a long history here and they have always done me right. I ordered a set of wheels and tires for my truck and decided I didnt want them and the salesman told me there was a restocking fee. I was ok with that, I did place the order. He called me later to tell me that the wheels/tires they had ordered where the wrong ones for my truck and wouldn't fit. So he did not charge me the restocking fee. I did end up buying 7 tires for my dually and most recently I brought my daughter's Honda CRV in and they evaluated the tires for free. It's a quality place and the prices are decent. The downsides? Long waits but they do have an air conditioned lobby. My advice is, do not buy used tires, comparison shop, then try these folks out and see what you think.”
