“I always give credit where it’s due and today, August 25th, I went to auto zone after calling the location and spoke with Mr Roger who found me the LED plate lights that I needed and held them for me. Once I arrived, was kindly greeted and sure enough…my lights were at the register, and was helped by 2 other gentlemen. Using words such as, “that little black thing under the license plate thing…” these guys never once made me feel stupid and was very understanding and so helpful. I actually bought two more items because the service was so great even when I probably could have bought something cheaper, but these workers were so helpful and I just really appreciated their customer service.”

“I came in late at night. One of my headlights went out on the way to work so I was stopping to pick one up on the way home. However, as my luck would have it, the other light went out right before I pulled in. Talk about timing!! I only had enough money on me for one headlight, but Nick (the new and totally amazing manager) was able to use his powers for good and coupon me up so I could get both for just a couple dollars more than just the one. I felt like a damsel and he truly was the knight in shining armor that night. Customer for life! Thank you for caring Nick, and welcome to Washington Court House!”
