I am very pleased with the service I received at John Hinderer. Everyone was very nice.Josh brought my EcoSport that I bought to my work because I worked 10 hour days and they wanted to clean it up before I drove it. Not very many car lots will do that.

Good service but did not communicate extra charges. I clearly stated that I just wanted a diagnostic done on the differential of our Edge. They added slip additive and charged for it without asking if I wanted it and charged for shop supplies.

They sent a mobile tech to my home, that is in the middle of nowhere, in order to take care of a recall. The tech was nice, professional and wasn’t afraid of my stupid turkeys. I would recommend this service. It saved me the time to drive there and wait all day.
