I went to Miller Ln to change telephone service from At& T (I had service more than 20 years) I got a new phone there after I was told that they could not transfer info from my old phone to new.. I went back a week later to same store help with phone, did not get any, I also went to another tmobile on Wenger Rd and person there was no help. Finally went to N. Fairfield Rd store, where I was able to resolve all problems, thanks to Cally, she is truly a very knowledgeable person and very patient as I had many questions. “The Verizon business helpline personnel told me after 45 minutes of questioning that I had to go to a physical store to be able to contact an account manager. The store I went to was in beavercreek. I talked to Shane a. Salesperson and he gave me the card of Scott McGowan. I will reach out to him and hopefully things will be better. I've only been with Verizon for 35 years and I'll tell you what I've seen some ups and downs used to be. You couldn't get any service in a store when they thought they had a Monopoly. Now the online people are almost worthless.”
