“The installer was great. The company not so much. Didn’t call or reach out about the original installer not coming they didn’t reach out to reschedule installation. Luckily the installer who did come agreed to come at the end of his day when he was done with his route which ended up being at 6 pm when my window was 8-11 am.”

Jah, Melissa, and John helped us add a new line on our account for my daughter. The process was long with a few hiccups (did not bother us at all, we've both worked in customer service/IT) but the three of them were so wonderful the whole time. They really went above and beyond. They were friendly and fun to chat with. My 6 year old went on and on about how nice Jah was. We were so happy with the experience, 10/10 highly recommend.”

“My wife and I did our research, printed it out and went in. Bryce met us, went over our plans, tweaked it just a bit and presented the facts and explained everything fully. So very close to what we presented. He handed us over to Skylan . She took us through the process of transferring over from ATT, then switching our internet from Spectrum to T-fiber. We are saving in the neighborhood of $100 a month. Oh, didn’t need the latest iPhone 17, went from 11’s to 15’s. Great service, great, knowledgeable staff!”
