“My installer Robert Fuentes was super Awesome , on time , introduced his self , and since I had trees over my house interfering with the signal he already knew what to do and explained the situation and he came up with a solution ASAP , so he wound up installing towards the end of the driveway where he can get a clear shot towards the satélite for the best signal and it worked out great. Very professional and friendly , I just wish I had more cash on me to tip him better. Fast and very reliable. Thank you”

“Spectrum’s visit was awesome! I had a question about my TV contract. There is no TV contract and I could leave anytime I wanted and he told me if I decided to cancel to wait until July 10th before the billing was created. I was just checking this out not that I was cancelling only to verify my status with Spectrum. We have Spectrum’s wifi and cellular phone service and we have no issues.”
