“The installer was great. The company not so much. Didn’t call or reach out about the original installer not coming they didn’t reach out to reschedule installation. Luckily the installer who did come agreed to come at the end of his day when he was done with his route which ended up being at 6 pm when my window was 8-11 am.”

“After somehow screwing up the logic on my phone, I took it to my local T-Mobile store (#2SPC) in Dayton, Ohio. Their Mobile Expert, Sarah Wesley, cheerfully had it fixed in less than five minutes. She also made a couple of new suggestions for how to use the device more smoothly. While I was there, I noticed the other associates were treating their clients nicely as well. Sarah was exceptional however, and I'm really hoping she will still be there the next time I have to go back.”

“If you are interested in T-Mobile (and you should be) then this is the store to go to!First of all, don't let any "corporate" store try to convince a third party retail store like this one is any different or sub par. In fact, having dealt with both, I can honestly say there is a deeper interest in customer service from this third part TMobile than in the "corporate" store!Jaden went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal and delivered that deal better than I expected! Her and Abe even went the extra mile and drove to another store to get the equipment I wanted! The "corporate" store would just simply order it.Bottom line, being a long time Verizon customer, T-mobile simply offers better and more economical plans and service. Add that to the impeccable service going above and beyond by this store, you won't be let down!”
