“CRH is a stand-up and reliable company. I've ordered several enclosures from them and they're always made with quality, longevity, and animal care in mind. I've only ever had great experiences with their cages and customer service.”
“My new favorite location to buy my fish and for all my underwater needs. The manager was welcoming and the staff was very helpful, especially Alanna. I am glad to have found this gem in the desert lol.”
“Its nice it has half priced books there and an office depot located right next to walmat which makes it so you can get pretty much anything you want from just this location”
“Have been here in past to make a dog food purchase. Great store, very clean, well stocked, friendly, Super helpful staff. Staff also offered ideas for future visits. Have been shopping at PSP over 15 yrs. Loads of fantastic choices on pet foods, toys, collars, leashes, and can't forget a wide assortment of treats.”
“I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Jeannie at the Fairborn location. She is amazing with my 2 big cats when it’s nail trimming time. She is not only that but she has such a big heart 💜”

“I love this store! Always have adorable little kitties to see. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. This store always seems to have exactly what I'm looking for, for my four cats. Definitely recommend this store!!!”
“Very nice friendly environment. A place to visit just to see the amazing fish displays. Staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing the right tank mates. Prices are the lowest in the area.”
“Just wanted to brag about one of your employees for a brief moment. Her name is Erin. I had an emergency the other day, where I thought my dog had eaten a Decon mouse poison block. She went above and beyond by looking everything up known to man, calling her vets and vet techs and even called me back like she said she would to give me more options and advice as to what to do for our fur baby… She really cared unlike the doctors at Medvet and poison control. Her kindness went unnoticed and I wanted to thank her immensely for going above and beyond and being an all star employee, and just a caring human being!!Thanks again Erin. You rock!! And my fur baby is doing great!”
“Got the training package for my dog, Kristen has been wonderful with helping my wife and I understand how to handle and direct our dog. They have a great room for it as well.”

“We generally come here to buy pig ears for our dog because they're sold by the pound. They also have free popcorn that you can walk around and eat while you shop!”
