“This is a hard place to rate. They have so many items that other stores do not carry, that I like, which makes it awesome in my opinion but the downfall is that their prices are rather high but they seem to be about the same prices as a few other stores in my area. They're definitely worth checking out.”

“Organized, Friendly Staff. Aisles are confusing but Once you go enough, You'll be fine. Nothing is thrown around in areas where they don't belong, In the case they are.. I have literally been in an Aisle shopping , And the Manager was going through those items And 1 by 1 put them where they belong on the racks. She was Taking Pride in her Job! That's 90% the way these Employees Are!”
“I would like to give a huge shout out to Shayla she works for the filling the orders I couldn’t find something I was looking for she went out of her way to find it and help me make sure I had the right thing. Not to mention she hasn’t worked there very long! Definitely recommend her if you need help finding something! Good job young lady!! You’re very polite as well!”

“Very clean lil store where you can get most of your basic needs. Love the ice cream selection they have there! My kids love getting ice cream from here! That's first thing they go for every time. The staff are ALWAYS so nice to us & have been soo helpful as well! I really hope this store stays open for a long time. It beats having to run to town for one or a few things.”

“I really like this location. Its the cleanest and most organized one in the area, unlike other locations having entire stock carts all over the place ??♂️. The manager is always super friendly and helpful anytime i ask her anything. Normally they have everything i need in stock, sometimes they dont, but its not the end of the world or anything. Its a convenient in and out shopping experience. I've seen some negative reviews, I can't speak on their experience at this location. I can only speak for my own experience. I'm there at least once or twice a week, and I've NEVER had an issue”

“This Kroger's location is sufficient of course however it's not my favorite location to me it is set up in an odd way compared to other Krogers in the area it can make it a little bit difficult to find products. It's also a bit smaller and they don't carry everything that I'm used to seeing in the majority of the Kroger stores but overall like I said it's sufficient has everything you're really going to need and they seem to be properly staffed with friendly employees”
“I've been shopping there on national road in Bridgeport for 3 years and I have always been well taken care of. Regardless of who was working and Stacy is a awe manager of course. Thank you Dollar General”

“The pharmacy technicians are kind but what I can’t understand is why the pharmacist just sits back there, checking prescriptions and never runs the cash register and doesn’t even seem to help fill. I know it’s important role that the pharmacist has to check the medication before it is released to the customer but they could do a little bit more because the technicians are definitely overworked, and over whelmed especially when there’s only one there.”

“Small store. Self check out slow if you have over 9 items. You need to wait for employees to reset the item count. This was very slow because employees were playing on their phones and not watching the self check out register.”
“Super friendly and helpful employees and a great place to shop. We prefer this Kroger over the MtD by far. Yes it is a bit smaller, but they do a great job providing groceries to the community.”
“Since they have remodeled and added more quality and quantity this place is wonderful for the people that live in the surrounding area. Alot of the elderly may not drive and can walk to pick up a few things and actually do they're grocery shopping. They have added more cooler space with frozen foods, and added to all the pantry staples. The City of Benwood does need to think about adding more businesses since there is no Kroger and a shopping plaza.”

“This place has really turned around had an older woman working there a while ago she was really grumpy now that the younger females work there and the two other guys they all really try to keep the store clean and put together and they are very polite and forthcoming to help you with anything that you need help with keep up the good work”
