“My daughter is a student at UCO and several hours away from home. She had a water pump/timing chain go out on her car in April and the staff was so helpful! There was a complication with a component of the timing chain in July, and it had to be towed back to Edmond to be fixed. The employees (Mike) were kind, helpful and guaranteed the work/part. “I called Woodall to service my older lift that I have in my hobby workshop. My son and I were embarking on a project car rebuild And I wanted to make sure my lift was still safe. I was connected with a gentleman named Joe. Let me tell you about Joe.

I told Joe about my plans and he seemed just as excited as I was, He told me he’d stop by on his way home from work.

And as promised about 6 PM, Joe showed up tools in hand and begin the work of diagnosing the problems with my lift.

We ordered a few parts, but turns out we just couldn’t make it as safe as it once had been. Parts have been discontinued and replacements were near impossible to get.

So Joe made me a new quote, for a full lift install and removal of my old lift. The cost was very competitive, but that’s not what I’m writing this review about.

I’m writing this review about Joe. During the lift install, after the lift install, and still in my text messages, Joe and I communicate.

When I have a problem or a question, I ask him and I always get a prompt response. A prompt friendly response.

I own my own business as well, and I know there are not many people like Joe. He truly takes customer service seriously.

In my many years of dealing with many different companies, I don’t think I have ever seen someone so eager and responsive as Joe.

He’s worked late after hours to get my lift running so my son and I could wrench on the weekend, He comes out after work to make sure it’s still working properly. And all of this for a first-time customer who bought just one lift. He’s used to servicing customers who buy 10 or 20 at a time.

I’m just so happy with the service I received I feel I should let everyone know.

This seems like a fantastic company and I encourage you to give them a shot.

“My AC completely stopped working during a hot afternoon drive, so I dropped in without an appointment. They were busy but still managed to check it within an hour. Found a faulty compressor relay and replaced it quickly. The cooling is now strong again even in traffic jams. Price was reasonable considering the urgency. Only downside was limited seating while waiting, but I guess that’s expected in a small workshop. Overall, they handled a stressful situation quite calmly.”

“I was traveling from Texas to Kansas when my temperature gauge started fluctuating and became dangerously hot. I took a random exit hoping to find a place to help me out and I could not have gotten luckier. I pulled right in and the nice young man helping me added coolant while checking out the rest of the engine to see if anything else could be wrong other than low fluid. He couldn’t find anything but told me to keep an eye on the levels in case there was a leak and didn’t even charge me for it! He was so kind and I highly recommend this establishment if you live in the area.”

“Good guy and fair. He towed a parts truck i just bought 2 days prior. I Got it running and drove 2 blocks to the store and Guthrie's finest stopped me in my driveway and wrote me an insurance ticket and had it impounded. But Leonard's was right there to tow the truck out of the city limits. But Leonard has promised me he's going to work with me and for that I am great full! God bless America and Leonards towing.”

“This review is entirely unsolicited. I offered to submit this and Zack graciously accepted. I was at their location two days ago for a separation of quarter panel from main body of vehicle. I told Zack that his shop worked on another one of my vehicles before within the last year and that they did great work. I told him that is why I was returning as a customer. Zack evaluated the vehicle from the underside. He then went in the shop and asked Nate to come out and look at it. Nate evaluated it quickly and told me he could fix it within just a minute or two. He went back inside the shop, got a tool, and returned to the parking lot and proceeded to fix the panel in about two minutes time. Zack was present during the entire time. In all, it took about five minutes for everything. I asked Zack how much he wanted for the work and he refused any type of payment. He even refused for me to buy Nate and Zack lunch. I can't say enough about this as they took care of me and didn't ask or any payment. But I know that in the future should I have any minor or major work to be completed I will seek out this business and trust that any quote I get will be an honest quote; I therefore won't be needing to shop around for a bigger better deal because I know the quote I get from these fellows will be a fair and honest quote.
