Truity Credit Union is a not-for-profit, for-service cooperative financial institution. It offers a full range of services from basic accounts to complex investment planning. Members are the owners, and profits are reinvested to provide fewer fees and better rates. The employees provide very friendly experiences, and the atmosphere includes free coffee and popsicles. The credit union promises respect, accuracy, and security, upholding that people are worth more than money. Some reviewers, however, do not agree with some of the fees they consider excessive.
Shelby Branch was very professional and I enjoyed working with her. She helped me reopen an account for the trust set up by my father and mother.

John is the guy to see about opening any account!! He had the answers to all my questions. Added bonus he sits by the entrance and always takes time to welcome everyone to the branch.
