“Great place to workout...its normally pretty quiet here. The demographics lean towards a slightly older group.. but I still see younger folks here as well. The equipment is nice, well cared for and the entire facility is kept clean. I Here are plenty of times I am the only one working out...and on a busy day I rarely ever have to wait for a machine.”

“The building is really nice inside,but more importantly it's accessable to mobility aid users. The lower level is a gym and the 3rd level is a physical therapy office. there's tons of parking and it's always clean. If you're visiting, Google maps doesn't do a great job on directions here. You're better off asking a staff member. It's not hard to find necessarily but it can be difficult to get to because of how 39th street is set up. It's right next to the Boomerang Cafe.”
