Frank and the staff have built an affordable local spot with a community vibe that I think a lot of people would prefer over the corporate chain options around.”
“I had such a great experience here! The salon is super clean, they have the best variety of beds, they are well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me choose the right level for my skin, and I never felt rushed. My tan came out even and natural-looking. The wellness pod is amazing and very relaxing! Definitely my new self care go-to spot! Who doesn’t feel better with a tan!!!”

“The sports performance program ran by Wyatt Armstrong was amazing! I coach a 13u baseball team and signed the team up for the program. The boys loved it and Wyatt did an exceptional job teaching and working with the boys and it’s obvious that he is very knowledgeable. The boys really responded to him and they have all learned a lot from the program. Not to mention, we as parents and coaches are noticing results from the workouts!! I highly recommend.”
“We went to play pickleball. They're a great group of people there. You can play on the competitive side or the recreational side. We did wait about 30 minutes before we could play a game because the competitive league has 4 courts, while the rec side only had 2, and there were a lot of rec players!”
“Moved here a couple months ago. Gym is not cramped like other gyms, i can get my workout in and be done in about an hour. Super clean and staff is really helpful, and really enjoy the sauna.”

“I like this gym! Membership cost is very reasonable, staff is super friendly, and the workout area always seem to be kept orderly and clean.
I take a veteran buddy of mine with me nearly every time I go, and he’s made to feel as welcome as I am, so kudos to the staff for being so warm!
