“Ron and his staff are true professionals! I used their services for the first time about a month ago, in mid-April 2024, to have a fraternity blazer monogrammed. The turnaround time was about a week after I dropped off the blazer. I was very pleased Ron asked me to email him how I wanted the blazer (along with Fraternity Shield) monogrammed. While visiting his business, I noticed other sororities' and fraternities' paraphernalia he was working on, which let me know I was in the right place!

He noticed my son had a dinosaur shirt on and started to talk to him about dinosaurs and even took him behind the counter to show him and ankylosaurus. 10/10 service and loved how he went above and beyond to talk to my kiddo as well ☺️”
“I ordered a Marin Alpine trail for a great price and it was delivered in a weeks or less. when I was hauling it back it flew out my truck damaging the rear tire slightly. I brought it in and they had the tire straightened good as new so I could enjoy the bike. Sun and Ski has more of the bike shop feel where the people working actually ride or use the products they carry. I’m now a Fan of this place. Also whoever boxed up my bike did so like they were shipping their own bike it was full of padding and wrapped up very well.”

Both guys in the shop were inviting, upbeat, respectful, and knowledgeable; I really don’t know how to describe it, they just want you to find the perfect shoes for your feet and activity. These dudes know there stuff too, just by watching you walk around for minute. Mark brought out 3 suggestions to start and the 2nd and 3rd pair were amazing! First time in my life to actually find shoes that didn’t rub this particular spot on my feet, who knew the style could make a difference ?. They were not pushy about sales at all either. You have to go try this place! I also picked up Marks book (Momentum) and it has been a great read!”

I recently purchased the 78” X 28” Swedish Stall Bars from them, aiming to add versatility and efficiency to my workouts. Initially, I hit a snag. The L-brackets shown on their website suggested installation on 24-inch wall studs, while my home gym space only had standard 16-inch studs. I was disheartened, thinking I’d have to return the stall bars or compromise the aesthetic of my space with an unsightly stringer board for mounting.
Before making any hasty decisions, I reached out to The Beam Store, and, to my surprise, Mike Hembree, the President himself, took the time to assist me. He suggested a simple yet ingenious solution - flipping the L-brackets around for a perfect fit on my 16-inch studs. This advice was not only incredibly helpful, but it also saved me from unnecessary alterations that would have taken away from the clean look of my home gym.
Thanks to Mike’s thoughtful and knowledgeable service, the stall bars are now a central part of my home workouts, offering the versatility and challenge I need to stay fit while being readily available for my family. “This is my favorite place to buy OU gear for my family. We live out of state and found The Big Red Shop several years ago while in town for a football game. The owner David is a great guy and has always treated us like friends since our first visit. “I have had several racquetball racquets restrung at Extreme Racquet and they've done a great job. Very fast too - usually same day. Optionally, they text and/or email when the raquet is ready. The person at the front desk is knowledgeable and honest. In one of my requests, he let me know one of my racquets may not survive a restring and I opted against it. They carry other sporting items - shoes, protective gear, etc - in addition to racquets and racquet service.”
