“I bought some magnetic trailer lights for my trailer. I was a bit upset that they had pretty short pieces of wire making them difficult to get to where I needed them. My trailer is made of angle iron and one of the magnets came loose and it was dragged which ruined it. This was pretty frustrating as they are made for that application. I called the store hoping that the defective magnet would be covered. It was not. BUT THE STORE HELPED ME OUT STILL! Zachary and the district manager worked with me and got me a discount on another set of lights without magnets. They were kind and went the extra mile when they didn't have to. I know the store had no control over what happened and I was willing to accept that. I truly appreciate the down to earth way they work. Help when we can and even if we can't refund that item let's try to help in another way. Thank you guys. You have proven to me again and again why Autozone in Bixby is my store.”

Considered having them reupholstered which is very expensive and was concerned about potential flaws in workmanship. Decided to try these Dashskin panels and am very glad I did. They fit great and look even better than expected. I don't often write reviews but I am so happy with these. Recommend removing the door panel (easy) as well as the felt backing for best results. “I took my truck last week to get some body damage repaired that was caused by someone dropping a truck off their trailer after forgetting to hook it up to their winch. The runaway vehicle's driver side door, which was open, dragged from the front of my bumper all the way down to the passenger side door. I took my vehicle to Karoll Martin and Doug was very helpful and sent a very detailed estimate to myself and the other party's insurance company.
The estimate was very thorough and fair, which lead to the insurance company sending a check without any questions asked. I scheduled a repair with Karoll Martin and dropped it off. They did a fantastic job. The truck looks great and there is no evidence of the accident. They also detailed the inside and I was very satisfied with the results. “We had a flat tire in Oklahoma on our trip from STL to Texas. Flat occurs on the Friday before X-Mas, at about 4:00. Had to be towed to BMW Tulsa. Tire had to be replaced which required ordering the appropriate tire. On top of that sooo low on charge.
I want to highlight Rodwick in parts (sorry if I misspelled the name) - he was kind and helpful in assisting us by talking to the right people to get the tire in the next morning.
Also want to highlight Miguel Rebelo in service who was helpful in keeping us up to date on the vehicle, charging it and vacuuming the floor boards.
Thank you to the team that exchanged the tire Saturday morning and allowed us to get back on the road by noon.

“I first contact South Point Honda was thru their AI which let me tell them what I was looking for specifically. I drove there which for me is about 1 hr 20 minutes. I had been handed off to a very nice sales lady & she had what I described in the text waiting for me, by the door & next to where I parked. We talked a little but on out & looked it over & test drove it for a little while. She’s explaining the car to me as I was trading in a 2001 Honda accord that had been a good car for my wife. They took my car and evaluated it while we were talking more about the deal. Her Mgr came out & gave me the best deal he could. Lilian my sales Lady was very patient as I’m mid 70’s & a lot has changed since I bought my last car. I bought it & could not be happier or my wife loves it. I had running boards put on, so not as big a step for us old people. Everyone at the dealership was very polite, not pushy or I would have left still looking for a car.
