“I had an appointment for Monday at 12:00 . I got there 20 minutes early. They were just finishing the car before mine. Within 5 minutes they had my car in the bay and they got busy. The quote they gave me was more than fair. I had extra wing windows that they didn’t realize until I got there. Instead of charging me extra they stood by their original quote. They worked with speed and skill and when they were done I was amazed. Great job guys. I would definitely recommend these guys and will always go there for future work. “I took my truck last week to get some body damage repaired that was caused by someone dropping a truck off their trailer after forgetting to hook it up to their winch. The runaway vehicle's driver side door, which was open, dragged from the front of my bumper all the way down to the passenger side door. I took my vehicle to Karoll Martin and Doug was very helpful and sent a very detailed estimate to myself and the other party's insurance company.
The estimate was very thorough and fair, which lead to the insurance company sending a check without any questions asked. I scheduled a repair with Karoll Martin and dropped it off. They did a fantastic job. The truck looks great and there is no evidence of the accident. They also detailed the inside and I was very satisfied with the results. If you are looking for a good, honest, and extremely skilled shop to do a repair on your vehicle you can't go wrong with Karoll Martin.”

I was in Colorado on a memorial trip for my dad with my freshly built ’76 Wagoneer when I realized the front driveshaft angle was way worse than I wanted. I needed some leaf spring shims to roll the pinion up and help get the Jeep back on the trails.
I had a buddy coming from Tulsa later that evening, so I called Harmon and spoke with Isiah. He made sure I had everything I needed and even sent two sets of leaf spring pins with the shims just in case one set didn’t fit. I got caught up and wasn’t able to call him back before my buddy stopped by, but Isiah had already taken care of everything.
That meant a lot more than just getting some parts. My dad’s ashes are on Engineer Pass, and this was the first time this Jeep was going to make it up there. It’s a Jeep he helped work on and one we made a lot of memories with together.
Harmon helped make sure I was able to get back on the trail and make that trip happen. Great people, great service, and the kind of shop that actually takes care of people. I really appreciate it.”
