“I had an appointment for Monday at 12:00 . I got there 20 minutes early. They were just finishing the car before mine. Within 5 minutes they had my car in the bay and they got busy. The quote they gave me was more than fair. I had extra wing windows that they didn’t realize until I got there. Instead of charging me extra they stood by their original quote. They worked with speed and skill and when they were done I was amazed. Great job guys. I would definitely recommend these guys and will always go there for future work. “If anyone deserves a 6 star it's O'Reilly's! I wanted to change my oil tomorrow because it's due and I have the chance! But guess what OEM manufacturer not in stock at the dealership!! You better plan all of your car breakdowns because it's going to take 3 to 6 days to get parts from Kia!! Went to O'Reilly's was going to use their house brand oil filter but guess what they had my OEM!! I get to do my oil tonight after all thanks for coming in clutch O'Reilly's! Super friendly people clean store, helpful and knowledgeable, Plus open till 10 yes that deserves the 6th star!!”
“This place is outstanding! I went here for the first time the other day to get a new splash guard and my taillight repaired. I was bracing for an estimate of six or seven hundred dollars. Instead, they charged a little over two-hundred for everything! I was very pleasantly surprised. They also told me that there's a recall on my current airbag which is something that I was completely unaware of. So they look out for your safety AND your wallet! The customer service was great, also. Five stars for sure!”

“I took my truck last week to get some body damage repaired that was caused by someone dropping a truck off their trailer after forgetting to hook it up to their winch. The runaway vehicle's driver side door, which was open, dragged from the front of my bumper all the way down to the passenger side door. I took my vehicle to Karoll Martin and Doug was very helpful and sent a very detailed estimate to myself and the other party's insurance company.
The estimate was very thorough and fair, which lead to the insurance company sending a check without any questions asked. I scheduled a repair with Karoll Martin and dropped it off. They did a fantastic job. The truck looks great and there is no evidence of the accident. They also detailed the inside and I was very satisfied with the results. If you are looking for a good, honest, and extremely skilled shop to do a repair on your vehicle you can't go wrong with Karoll Martin.”

“A couple weeks ago I got new/used tires at place called Flash tires shop 2. Used to be known or maybe still is known as “Dennis Tires” They ended up taking the wheels off the tires I was getting and put my wheels on. They were super fast but I wanted all my tires to match the SAME air pressure. I asked them to fix it and they worked on it again and told me to drive down the road and come back. I did just that and my tire pressure was still way off 30, 42, 28, 36. I showed them and they worked on it some more still couldn’t figure it out. I went back there 3 different times within the same day! Then my wheel sensors kept throwing lights on my dash. We told them about it they said they couldn’t do anything. Well today took my car to Texas Tires Tulsa - #32 to get my sensors reset since the other place couldn’t help me and they said they could not find my sensor in my back left tire. The nice guys told me to take my car back to the other shop and tell them they need to fix it and even gave me a quote for a sensor to give to them so they could cover the price. So went there told them that this place told me to go there ONCE AGAIN and tell them they messed my sensors up and it needs to be fixed or they need to pay for it to be fixed. One, I had to use a translator just to communicate exactly what I was telling them and they kept saying that it was not their problem. I had the receipt and everything. My car was fine before they messed with my wheels. I have went up there several times and they were very rude and hateful. Told me to take it to the dealership. They had no tools to scan my car for a sensor or even replace it. Also said they would not give me the money to fix it either. I’m furious. I called Texas Tire and they told me to just come back that they would get me in ASAP and replace it for me. They were very concerned that me as a mother was driving my car around with my baby and couldn’t even check my tire pressure. Texas Tire got me in super quick and fixed my issue. A man named Dusty Harmon had my car done super quick very efficient work and VERY respectful! They took care of me and my car and told me that if I had any issues to bring it back immediately. I have never felt so relieved and comfortable knowing that my car is good to drive now.
Please don’t ever use Flash Tire shop 2! They are awful people to work with. Very rude and disrespectful.
