“It was one of the easier purchases I’ve ever made. I walked in, told them I needed a battery for my 2011 Ranger. She asked if I wanted mine tested and I told her, “No, it’s old and even if it tests good, it’s time to replace it. My granddaughter will be driving this truck and I don’t want her stranded with a dead battery.” She looked up the size, rang up the purchase, put a battery on the cart, and the tech wheeled the cart out, and installed the battery. I was probably there less than 30 minutes. Now if tires could be that easy…”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. I came in this place and they worked me in after I told them a date another place gave me. Said they would order the parts then, so they would be ready when I dropped my truck off. When the time came I dropped it off and asked how long they think it would take, she said "roughly 2 weeks, unless we find more damage". Well she called back and said there was more. I knew this way going to take longer. After 1 week they called and said it would be ready that following Tuesday and it was ready. The work was done great and I'm still shocked how fast they did the work. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Amazing businessServices: Painting”

They even saved my custom decals which actually impressed me and they helped me fish out something I dropped down the drainage ditch in their parking lot which I am really appreciative of.”

“I was rear ended in the intersection by their store on a Sunday when they were closed. My electrical system went out upon impact so I was afraid to drive the car home. Besides I was injured and shouldn't have driven again that day anyway. I had someone move the car to the parking lot of Advance Auto Parts which was across the street. I called them the next day to let them know why the car was there and when I would have it towed. They were very gracious about it and asked how I was.”

“Called and spoke to Daniel in Service dept and was quoted 3 hours of labor at $180/hour. I scheduled the appointment because the other mechanic I was price comparing them to quoted 4 hours. Then I get a call a couple hours after dropping car off that it will be 6 hours for the 4 parts. 6?! At my request, they did a diagnostic and learned I only need 3 of the 4 parts repaired but that those 3 parts will take 5 hours. I texted to check in and learned that it really took them 2h15m hours of labor, but theyre charging us for 5. When I asked why I was told that it's a "menu price for labor" (which makes sense regarding labor being set at $180/hr but I doubt that means charging extra hours that the work didn't take.) This is not ethical. So I spoke to Mike the Service Manager and he was phenomenal! He honored the 3 hour rate for labor and even gave us a coupon for a free oil change next time. Then he went above and beyond to help answer other questions we had regarding other items that the courtesy inspection caught. He completed turned around a negative experience and we are so pleased. Thank you Mike and team!”

He had good eye contact and gave accurate and detailed information. The work was quick and beyond my expectations. They fixed our broken trunk lock on on our 2017 Sonata. They also charged a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. The customer service from Matt and the front desk representative, Devine was OUTSTANDING. You can't go wrong with Gerber Collision and Glass in Broken Arrow. Facilities are clean and a great location, easy to find. Lastly, i was in customer service for 43 yrs before retirement. If i was their customer service director, i would give Matt, Devine & the technician a superior rating. Forgive the lengthy review, but details make a difference. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays”
