“I have done very little business with Batteries Plus. So, as is the case with most of my reviews, this will be of little help. Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.”
“Our driving test day was about to be ruined due to a 3rd brake light being out. We had a teenager in tears, ready to call it quits for the day. We came into the store and they new exactly what light we needed. Dave signed us up for rewards, so our new driver can earn points when she needs supplies for her car. He then came out and changed the light so easily and quickly for us. He checked that it worked and assured our new teen driver that she would ace her test today. A BIG THANKS to Dave for getting us going again!! We appreciate you!!!”

“This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”
