“Even though the hours are not the best compared to other banks and compared to what the hours used to prior before COVID, the pros outweigh the cons. The great robust online banking system and the ATM makes up for the hours. I love being able to scan checks at home in the app and I love being able to use my biometric on my phone to open up the app. The only time i would need to go to this bank is to deposit cash which is not often.”
“Midfirst Bank genuinely cares about their customers. They try harder than any other bank that I have ever been with at trying to please me as a customer. I have never had any other bank call me to let me know that someone is trying to cash a check that seems out of the ordinary (such as a high dollar figure on the check). I have been called to let me know that I was overdrawn. Midfirst Bank offers incentives to new customers more than other banks. Most of all I love them for remembering my name when they greet me when I walk in even though I am not some rich tycoon that stands out but a regular person doing my banking with Midfirst Bank.”

“I have banked at many different banks in my life, but 20 years ago we switched to AVB, & hopefully will never have to bank anywhere else. My parents bank at Arkansas Valley State Bank and suggested it to my wife and I, twenty some odd years ago. They are a big reason why my wife and I have been able to maintain a budget. This bank is like family. They have been there with us through Many difficult times. From getting power of attorney over my parents after my father's stroke in 2016 to helping us with loans on vehicles and just being there when we needed someone to talk to about finances. We are so blessed to be members of AVB. I cannot say enough good things about this bank. They are by far the best bank in Oklahoma..”

“Our family business has been banking with AVB from the very beginning over ten years ago and we don't plan on ever leaving. This is a great place because they are sophisticated enough to handle anything we need, but small enough that we can form relationships with individual employees there. I wanted to write these guys a review because of how much they helped us out during the COVID-19 crisis. While I was reading articles about other people being turned away at from the national banks, the Senior Vice President of our branch was calling me regularly with updates and walking us through how to navigate the quickly changing regulations. They went out of their way to help us access capital during the shutdowns and we are incredibly grateful to their dedication when it really counted.”
