“The manager who is working today was absolutely amazing she went out of her way for me she really did while I figured out some typical stupid bank stuff. The other older lady who was working there really just didn't have a good attitude and just seemed like she didn't want to be there but the manager stepped in without me even asking and just really help me out in a somewhat rough time”
“I stopped by the Gerber location on Kenosha in Broken Arrow on Friday evening. Because of the extent of the damage to my vehicle, I had to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with how kind and patient the technician was. My rear window was busted, and they put plastic over it for me at no charge to help make the vehicle easier to drive. I thought this was very considerate of them.
The receptionist wasn’t as friendly or welcoming, but overall my experience was still positive. I ultimately got the estimate from another body shop due to timeliness, but I wanted to acknowledge the helpful technician and the extra care they provided.”
“Great location and one we use frequently. Since they've moved, though, you are unable to drop your vehicle off and leave the keys in a box. That caused a problem for us and we ended up paying for another day because I didn't have anyone to help me return the car during their business hours. I miss the old location and the friendly people who ran it.”
“I have never set foot into the enterprise section of Chris Nickels... It just so happens to share the entrance to the parts department in which I frequent several times during my work week... So it always pings and pops up as if i had engaged with Enterprise Rental... Maybe some day soon I will make it a point to at least step both feet inside their offices and see what's going on, say hi and who knows, maybe my next new best friend is under that ceiling...stranger things have happened.....”
