“The Walgreens on 71st and 177 E Ave was no help. I had to go to FedEx at Elm and New Orleans to ship my package. The lady there was friendly and knowledgeable of my needs. With it being Memorial Day weekend, my package got there quicker than expected. The Post Office no longer does overnight shipping. I will be using FedEx more often.”
“This is a tough one because the Store Manager Ken was very kind and helpful but the people in charge of freight have no idea what they are doing and the customer service you will find online or on the phone is horrid. Kudos to Ken but FedEx sucks.
My package was in Broken Arrow this morning, they then put my package back on the truck amd took it to Kansas City, MO. So that it could be put back on another truck and delivered back to Broken Arrow.”
