“Do you want a clean bathroom? Well stocked fridge for beverages? Cheap fountain soda or slushy drinks in larger than necessary sizes? Need to stop in for some gas and tobacco items? QT is the answer for everything. I specifically go out of my way to make sure i only fuel up at qt, with their quality gas guarantee, you can’t go wrong. With the cheapest price in town and decent redbull discoumfs no wonder i only select QT when going to a gas station.”

“Kobe is amazing! Super friendly(expected, yeah yeah, but it was natural) and very helpful! Overnight shifts can be rough, and I've not met many who can match the daytime energy, at least not without it being obviously fake. He was busy getting his work done, yet when we were ready to checkout, he was at the register before us! I would be willing to bet hes an amazing coworker, as well! Just an all around cool guy!”
3001 North Aspen Avenue, Broken Arrow OK 74012
“I would say as a gas station this spot is a 3.5 but the employees bring it to a 5! Especially Keisha! Her energy is everything. Everytime we stop in she remembers our names. Started with my daughter having to have her daily Dr. Pepper and we live close by but her and Keisha hit it off so then it got to where she wanted to stop in and tell Keisha about her basketball game lol. Now this the only place we go to. A few of the guys there are also very friendly. In a world of AI everything it's nice to count on good, human conversions when you're getting snacks!”

“Great place had the opportunity to get my oil change there today. Let me say they know what they're doing there. Very inexpensive, they have coupons. They always ask before doing anything. Upfront about charges, and they are quick. I think I just found my to go spot. The friendly service the knowledge base they have, but today, I walked out of their oil change, filtered, and checked all my lights, even my cabin filter, all for 90$. I don't think I can buy that stuff for 90$. Well, thank you, guys.”

“I have been going to QT over 30 years 5 days a week every morning. I gave them some not so good reviews for their new mocha machine that always out of order. But in this store one of their team members name Aubrey I believe her name works late night. She is awesome!! She is very helpful, pleasant to talk to and extremely friendly. I am a business operator and know first hand that it is hard to find a honest friendly people to work. I’m glad she is there providing your customers a welcoming experience. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
