Each of them get their annuals + heartworm prevention every 6 months. With staggered visits, we are there frequently. The boys get well taken care of, the doctors are knowledgeable, the techs are very nice, and receptionists are pleasant. Everyone is patient, understanding, and compassionate. We have never felt rushed, even on the most difficult visits - when a furboy is sick. We feel the price is reasonable for the care they receive.

I moved to BA and wanted a closer vet, so we visited PAWS after reading the reviews. Absolutely mind blowing at how different this experience was. First and foremost, I love their cat Nala. They have a quiet space, incredibly inviting staff, and a wonderfully educated crew of vets. They were quick, informative, and highly courteous!!! I will only ever be taking my cat and future pets to PAWS.

There was just a few minutes wait time and they were able to rule out the issue I brought him in for. They performed a few tests on him and called me the next day, as promised, to tell me the results. This sounds like it should be pretty standard and expected, but unfortunately this is rare these days. I highly recommend this clinic to others if you value true veterinary practice and customer service. Your fur baby is in good hands with them comes first.

710 S 9th St, Broken ArrowDr. Morley and her staff at Avalon are the most amazing, animal loving and compassionate people you'll ever hope to meet! It is incredible the lengths they go to to help you in every way they can. We had a stray cat with 7 kittens and felt overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do for them. They were there for us. I love Dr. Morley! She's excellent at explaining everything you need to take care of your pet and a very good listener! You never feel rushed. They are very prompt about seeing you so you're not stuck in the exam room forever. Their groomer, Ricky, is incredibly patient and gentle with our elderly, arthritic dog. She understands him completely and accepts his limitations and is very careful with him and still gets him bathed and beautiful! We are so grateful for everyone who works there. The staff is exceptional and accommodating. I always feel welcome here! They are all such a blessing to us and we are so grateful we found them!

Whenever I travel and leave Duke with you, I have complete peace of mind. I know he’s safe, happy, and well cared for. I also love receiving the pictures you send they always show him having the best time.
From the training to daycare, playtime, and boarding, everything has been excellent. Duke says it all the excitement he shows every time he sees you tells me everything I need to know. Hes never smelt this good before, AND he got a complimentary bandana and its so cute! Brianna and staff met all of our expectations and I will highly recommend others bringing their fur babies here. It’s rare to find a trainer with Tibetan Mastiff (TM) experience; this ancient guard breed is difficult to train and motivate. K9 Manners and More took on our challenge! I expected to put our young TM Zaya through some puppy obedience and a few months of private classes to learn to show in conformation and maybe come back occasionally for some tweaks. Then we started our classes and I learned that my dogs have so much more to offer me, and I have so much more to offer my dogs!
With the team at K9 Manners and more, especially Kim, I’ve been exposed to learning how to read my dogs’ body language, Zaya the Tibetan Mastiff (TM) has found that she loves learning, and many of our Tibetan Mastiff friends have discovered that they too can achieve new heights in the show ring and earn AKC awards and certificates that our breed is simply not known for. At two years old, Zaya has not only earned her AKC Grand Champion title, but she’s also earned STAR Puppy Obedience, Novice Trick Dog, Canine Good Citizen, Farm Dog Certification, as well as passing her temperament test, and working as both a therapy dog and my service dog. Last year —the first year either of us had been in the show ring—she ranked as the number 7 owner handled TM in the country. She took a Group 3 in the Regional Owner Handler series for 2026. I had never even been to a dog show before I met our trainer, Kim.
When TM breeders and owners saw the great success that we were having with Zaya, I began inviting others to join us. Kim now has experience with at least 10 Tibetan Mastiffs, including dogs that are fearful and/or reactive, has coached a TM that took an Award of Merit at Westminster 2026, and has brought out the best in every dog she’s trained. Calm, knowledgeable, and highly educated, Kim instinctively understands what our dogs and handlers need to find success in the show ring, sports, daily life, and anything else we’ve come up with to enrich both their lives and ours. Kim is not a one size fits all trainer. Whether she’s working with my TM’s, our Shih Tzu, or the Czechoslovakian Vlciaks I was privileged to help show, Kim’s assessment of the needs for both dogs and handlers is brilliant. Having now worked with everyone on staff, depending on my schedule and training needs, I wholeheartedly recommend K9 Manners and More in Broken Arrow, OK. Give your dog a chance to be more to you than you ever thought possible, and continually communicate to your trainer what you’re looking for so they can tailor your experience and maximize performance.
