Pine Ridge Equine Hospital
2281 W 171st St S, GlenpoolDr Maurath, Dr Patton and Kat gave my NCHA cutting gelding the very best of care when he developed colic. The team was waiting on us when we arrived at 2am in a Sunday evening. Their quick, skilled attention kept us from having to have surgical intervention. Meeko had to spend a few days recovering, and Dr Maurath gave good updates on his progress. They saved his life and I am so grateful.

12131 Vancouver Ave, GlenpoolCame in today for lunch and got the southwest haddock. Hadn’t had this one before and it was great. Had a kick of spice, but the creaminess from the queso kept it tame. It does come on a bed of rice, which doesn’t say that on the menu, so keep that in mind when choosing sides. Hubs got the ribeye, with Jack Daniel’s chipotle glaze and really enjoyed it. Ashlee did a great job taking care of us as well.

Golden China Restaurant
12170 South Waco Avenue, GlenpoolThe worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Sweet n sour shrimp was interesting. I think it was imitation crab meat. I couldn’t identify what it was. The other dish had a rank smell to it. Even the fried rice and fried egg rolls were terrible.
