“Came from Colorado to visit family. Noticed our vehicle had issues, it didn't ride correctly, and shimmied when braking. I called Shamrock Tire and explained this to them. They invited me to stop by. I asked for a simple rotation, thinking this would solved the problem. After service was completed, the Manger stated the problem was all 4 tires were out of balance. Before We left for the trip we recently had our truck tires serviced. Shamrock tire did a superior job of analyzing and correcting the issue. 6 stars for this outfit.”

“First and foremost, as a young female, the treatment and honesty from this specific shop left me speechless. I wish I got the names of the 2 men working 07/10/23 at opening because they are phenomenal! While I was waiting my turn the honesty and respect the customers ahead of me were getting made me feel at ease. I came in thinking I needed an alignment but only needed a tire rotation which was way under what I was anticipating paying. Generally when I go somewhere my bill adds up to over $400 because my car needed something. But when the salesman told me the price and offered me a lifetime rotation and explained the benefits I instantly knew I found my new place. So thank you to every employee there and for the manager having respectful and honest people. Thank you again.”

“Stopped there because it was near my hotel. SO lucky because they were great! One of the tires on my rental car was very low so I stopped to have it checked. I was pleasantly greeted then they quickly went to check the tire. They even offered me coffee while I waited. The guy returned shortly and said it was all ready to go. When I asked what it was he said it was a nail in the tire. When I tried to pay he said it was no cost. Super nice and much appreciated. If I lived here, I'd definitely give this place my business. Great customer service.”

“These guys are peaches and cream. They're great, very friendly, and very responsive to questions and concerns. Being a woman, sometimes going to an auto shop can be intimidating and it is easy to get over charged for things not really needed. However, that is not the case with Greg's Automotive. These guys get you in ASAP, evaluate what's going on with the vehicle, then give it their all to get it fixed for you. Garrett, who works in the front office, is one of the best people around. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and will go above and beyond to get you back on the road safely and quickly. He greets you with a smile as you enter the shop, then immediately gets the ball rolling. I will take all my vehicles here versus the dealership or any other car shop because I know they care about the person just as much as they care about fixing your vehicle right. “Awesome customer service, Brenden is a really nice guy, 10/10 recommend to get wheels and tires from here after you purchase them you get an insurance plan that kicks in after 3 months covers some stuff and you get free tire patching/flat repair stuff like that.
