“It was one of the easier purchases I’ve ever made. I walked in, told them I needed a battery for my 2011 Ranger. She asked if I wanted mine tested and I told her, “No, it’s old and even if it tests good, it’s time to replace it. My granddaughter will be driving this truck and I don’t want her stranded with a dead battery.” She looked up the size, rang up the purchase, put a battery on the cart, and the tech wheeled the cart out, and installed the battery. I was probably there less than 30 minutes. Now if tires could be that easy…”

Friendly people and a comfortable lounge if you must wait or choose the free pick up/drop off service they offer.ONE thing I just learned about them however, is they do NOT do repairs… they REPLACE parts. Read that again.I found out the hard way when my daughters Mini Cooper needed to have a valve job and cylinder honed, and possibly rings replaced, but Instead of just removing the head and having a valve job done on it, or suggesting to rebuild the existing motor…their only RECOMMENDATION was a whole NEW $11,000 MOTOR! And that was the used price with 65k miles.New was $14,000.So I learned something new about my favorite family automotive repair shop. Still love you guys, just in sticker shock!I am continuing to look for an alternative solution to my import problem.”

“Came from Colorado to visit family. Noticed our vehicle had issues, it didn't ride correctly, and shimmied when braking. I called Shamrock Tire and explained this to them. They invited me to stop by. I asked for a simple rotation, thinking this would solved the problem. After service was completed, the Manger stated the problem was all 4 tires were out of balance. Before We left for the trip we recently had our truck tires serviced. Shamrock tire did a superior job of analyzing and correcting the issue. 6 stars for this outfit.”

I took it to Ralston's about half an hour after opening (they serve on a first come first serve basis and seem to be pretty busy) and they had my car fixed the same day. It cost me about $60 to get it fixed, if a problem like this ever occurs again I'll definitely be bringing it here.”
