“I was coming back from a trip when the transmission in my truck went out on Sunday. They were able to get me in first thing Monday morning to look at it. After discussing all of my options, they started working on getting the old transmission out so my truck would be ready for the new one they were able to overnight from Texas. They saved me from having to tow it back to Kansas, gave me a ride back to the hotel, and even kept ice in my coolers full of meat and had me back on the road by Tuesday. I cannot recommend this place enough!”

I also counted four Broken Arrow PD vehicles, that's huge. You know if the PD trusts them to maintain their vehicles, the place is trustworthy and the work is solid.

“My insurance sent us to this place to get our car repaired after a hit and run and we scheduled an appointment with Caliber since it was nearby and had an appointment at 9am. I showed up 10 mins early and they didn’t make me wait until my appointment time, they came and talked to me a few minutes after check in. Process was easy and the adjuster was nice and helpful. “I own a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 truck which needed ABS Brake System Service after rolling 146,000 original miles on odometer. I read the reviews & decided to take it to Family Auto Repair for my 1st pass repair on 09/11/2025(2 mo. ago). Darien, Ron, & their team of mechanics plugged in the Diagnostic Code Computer, which told them I needed to replace the Center Support Bearing too, which is part of the drive shaft/u-joint system. They called me & let me know in ADVANCE Before doing the work so I could know & they would know how to proceed. That meant a lot to me since I have to budget for vehicle repairs. Their team did the Brake System Fluid Flush very thoroughly (master cylinder, lines, removed all air from system, new brake fluid, & Remove Old / Install New Rear Brake Shoes.) They Road Tested the truck for any issues. (None)
I returned for the 2nd pass repair on 11/03/2025(2 wks. ago) to have the Center Support Bearing replaced (Badly Needed) but was still functioning. When the Diagnostic Code Computer was plugged in again, this time it was giving Inconsistent Codes (False) to also replace the Rear Speed Sensor & Front Wheel Bearing (Driver Side). Darien drove the truck & determined those parts were okay. (If it's Not Broke, Don't Fix it) Mechanics Intuition. He told me what to LISTEN for & WATCH for on my Onboard Driver Info Message Center Computer from the dashboard. Since both of these repairs, I can tell the Rear Brakes work much Better in concert with the front brakes. The drive train seems much Smoother with the New Center Support Bearing also.

“This is a great location!!! I went in they had the Battery I needed got my Dodge Durango. She rang me up, I paid, she put the big new battery from the counter top, onto her cart, we went outside, she pulled the old battery out, placed the new one in, connected it, checked it with her scanner, everything looked and sounded great. We started the truck, everything went extremely well. Sue friendly as usual there. I have had a few batteries replaced there over the years and they do a great job every time.”

“The light that indicates low pressure kept coming back on after we had tire replaced elsewhere. The company who replaced tire tried to correct this but they didn’t. Went in to Robertson’s and they were arable to run diagnostics and found that a battery was dying so I had them replace it.
They were professional, quick and courteous.”

“I have an Audi with 23 inch OEM wheels and needed a patch due to some metal that had entered the tire. Most places, including the Audi dealer, wouldn’t touch my 23 inch wheel as they are expensive to replace if damaged. Dubz tires had me come by and said they could fix it no problem if I could leave it for a couple of hours because they wanted to take their time and be careful. I dropped the car off and when I got it back, the tire had been fixed and there was absolutely zero damage to my wheel or my vehicle. These guys really do know what they are doing and I will be back for sure. Thanks for fixing my tire and getting me back on the road damage free. Great job!”
