“My VW jetta was towed to this location late yesterday evening. I had spoken to Chance regarding the check engine light problem and dead battery. He told me I would receive a call once the diagnostic test was done. I received a call from him this morning. He told me that the battery was good. The vehicle was driven and didn’t have any issues regarding losing power or cutting off. But a particular error message kept appearing during the diagnostic test. He felt the VW dealership was better equipped to solve the error problem. He provided the name and address of the dealership. I wasn't charged for the tests.I told him that I was going to submit a review. To not only showing my appreciation but to let everyone know of his polished customer service skills.”
