“Our daughter was headed from Alva to Turpin. She was about 5 miles west of Buffalo and got a flat tire. I called Cotters and they came out and the gentleman who changed her tire was so very kind and they came out very quickly...... Waited for a call back to pay for it. They didn't charge us. You have earned our business anytime we are near Buffalo!! Thank you for your kindness. I highly recommend them.”

“Carson is the man! My phone was at 3% and im travelling useig the GPS. I hopped out of the truck at 11:59. He pokes his head out and asked if I needed anything inside, and Indeed I did, desperately, bathroom break and a cell phone charger. He kindly stated that he was getting ready to lock up and if I needed anything to come on in before that happened. Not only that but I grabbed an expensive cell phone charger and he made the suggestion to a cheaper option just to my left, which was super awesome, because maybe I did need to save a few bucks. THEN, he proceeds to ask if I needed fuel before I stepped out stating that occasionally the pumps have issues. (My chip rarely reads properly). Overall I'm impressed with how thoughtful he was and ahead of the game at the same time. So thank you Carson! Because you I can continue my trip with confidence instead of wandering this part of the country lost.”
