“I tried to cash a check in the drive-thru. I didn't have an account, myself. They told me I had to wait 30 minutes for the lobby to open so I could come inside to cash it. No shade to the worker but what the heck! What is the difference? So I park, wait 30 mins and then walk inside with check and ID (just like drive-thru) and they cash it. Why???”

They have always, every single time, no matter what city, been helpful & professional in their assistance. There have been a few times they have called me to ask about use of my acct for purchase that "doesn't look right". And each time they were right. They immediately caught it, shut acct down, & replaced money taken from my acct. They sent me a new debit card pronto & took care of the misuse of my acct.Chase has made my life SOOO much easier!!!”
