Don't get me wrong, she will tell it like it is if you have some improvements needed as a "pawrent" (ie your pet needs a better diet or more exercise), but it is always given in a kind and caring manner. “Came in for a yeast infection problem on my dog. First time visit, no appointment, they took care of my dog in a very timely manner. Tests were run, shots & medications prescribed. I was very impressed with the Vet that took care of my dog. The facility was very nice & Hospital clean. This will definitely be my Vet in the future.”
“I've had for Chihuahuas raised, and born through this clinic. I recently lost two females during pandemic times. My two males are still with me, and I'm going to try to find out what Dr Troy thinks about a problem that I may have with one of my males. I've been going here for years, and I think for the money, and with the convenience of it being open a little later, it's a great place to go. They don't charge a whole lot. All places are outrageous these days. Including them! As they want to charge you a new service charge, even if your dog was born in their clinic, WHAT? myself, I would call that being a member of THE CLINIC THAT BIRTHED HIM, clinic. Especially when you're broke, and an emergency comes up. But I will tell you this, over the many years they have always let me pay my bills out, they have always let me do so. Thanks again Dr Troy, for all the help with Juliet. (AND JAMIMA.) I sure miss the girls.”

“Dr. Rostykus has cared for my dog,LouLou for three years and treats her with love and compassion. She listens to me and is able to recognize subtle changes in LouLou that I think others might have missed. She explains everything thoroughly and provides reassurance to me. Recently LouLou was diagnosed with gallbladder problems and Dr. Rostykus identified the issue immediately and explained the treatment plan to me in detail so I could best care for my baby. LouLou loves her and her staff as they spoil and treat her like a princess. It is a great reassurance that Dr. Rostykus and her team are always there for LouLou. Thank you!”
“I needed a place to take my 12yr old chihuahua for a growth on her belly. They got me in that day and were very kind and reasonably priced. I scheduled a surgery date and took her back to have what was a tumor removed. All this staff, from receptionist to Dr's treated my pet as if it were thier own. They took care of her medical needs and emotional needs. If your furry family member needs care, this is the place to go.”

They give excellent care, advice, and resources. They are so helpful and supportive when you have a sick pet. They gave me free science diet puppy food and nexguard and heartguard for my rescue puppy on our 1st visit.”
“I've taken several of my pets to Dr. Cindy and Air Depot Animal Hospital. Dr. Cindy is a wonderful veterinarian and she really cares for your animals. Air Depot Animal Hospital staff are always helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem at their clinic. They always give me a update on my fur-babies to give me the reassurance that I need on how everything is going with my fur-baby.
