The quality of work is outstanding. The attention to detail, communication, and overall professionalism throughout the entire process was top notch. When I got my truck back, it looked like nothing had ever happened.

“Perfect! I have a low mileage 2007 Mustang that is in showroom condition, other than the original door trim that was failing. Considered having them reupholstered which is very expensive and was concerned about potential flaws in workmanship. Decided to try these Dashskin panels and am very glad I did. They fit great and look even better than expected. I don't often write reviews but I am so happy with these. Recommend removing the door panel (easy) as well as the felt backing for best results. Don't hesitate on these if you are on the fence!”

“My insurance sent us to this place to get our car repaired after a hit and run and we scheduled an appointment with Caliber since it was nearby and had an appointment at 9am. I showed up 10 mins early and they didn’t make me wait until my appointment time, they came and talked to me a few minutes after check in. Process was easy and the adjuster was nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs car repairs. It has great customer service and they get the job done. The high reviews don’t lie!”
“I had an appointment for Monday at 12:00 . I got there 20 minutes early. They were just finishing the car before mine. Within 5 minutes they had my car in the bay and they got busy. The quote they gave me was more than fair. I had extra wing windows that they didn’t realize until I got there. Instead of charging me extra they stood by their original quote. They worked with speed and skill and when they were done I was amazed. Great job guys. I would definitely recommend these guys and will always go there for future work. “I took my truck last week to get some body damage repaired that was caused by someone dropping a truck off their trailer after forgetting to hook it up to their winch. The runaway vehicle's driver side door, which was open, dragged from the front of my bumper all the way down to the passenger side door. I took my vehicle to Karoll Martin and Doug was very helpful and sent a very detailed estimate to myself and the other party's insurance company.
The estimate was very thorough and fair, which lead to the insurance company sending a check without any questions asked. I scheduled a repair with Karoll Martin and dropped it off. They did a fantastic job. The truck looks great and there is no evidence of the accident. They also detailed the inside and I was very satisfied with the results. If you are looking for a good, honest, and extremely skilled shop to do a repair on your vehicle you can't go wrong with Karoll Martin.”

Received the truck back, it hasn't run smoother. They where able to make gains on my heater core. Not perfect, but much improved over what I had.
