“Threefold was great from the first call until I drove my car off their lot. When other shops were sending me to voicemail or putting me on extremely long holds, Terri answered and reassured me they would get me taken care of right away, and they did. After I dropped the car off, Ashley sent me an update every day and saved me the hassle of having to check in. I was pleasantly surprised when the guys in the back beat their estimated completion time by two days. Top notch service from start to finish!”
