“These guys are absolutely fantastic. I took a trailer in to have my trailer brakes checked because they weren't working. They called me back and told me I owed them $26. I haven't had a $26 invoice on a piece of equipment in 20 years. What that tells me is that they didn't overcharge me for work that they didn't do. Further, they found that ny u-bolts were so loose they were about to fall off. They fixed them for free. You just don't find people like this anymore. I highly recommend these guys. I've bought 2 or 3 trailer from them and have never had anything but great experiences with them, all of them, from the guys that hook up the trailers to the office staff to the owner. Highly, highly recommend.”

“My wife and I recently had our Honda repaired by Allen Auto Body. Our vehicle took significant damage, and they meticulously fixed the car per Honda factory procedures. They did everything by the book, even taking care to ensure parts not visible outside the car were painted to the original factory color, ensuring the vehicle would not look like it had ever been wrecked, even to a Honda dealer. They took hundreds of pictures, giving us confidence that everything was repaired properly and used only genuine Honda parts for the repair.Amanda and her husband are very passionate about repairs being done properly and excel at getting insurance companies who want to do nothing but cut corners routinely to ultimately pay.Getting the car repaired was a lengthy process due to part delays, but Amanda advocated constantly for us to receive the parts ASAP and they made best use of the time spent waiting for parts to ensure Allen Auto Body was never in the critical path in getting repairs completed.Also, Allen Auto Body was able to ensure complicated electronic systems were calibrated properly after repairs were complete. Amanda and her husband and the rest of the team excel at taking care of things completely, accurately, and ethically. “I just recently had an issue with my 2020 Ford Explorer and the transfer case having a leak. Cavender Ford was able to get me in quickly and fixed the issue in 1-2 days. They made sure the issue was resolved before my Power Train warranty expired. Other Ford dealerships, like Confidence Ford and Bob Moore, had told me that it would take 3-4 weeks to get the problem fixed. Tony McGee in the Service department was TOP NOTCH and so easy to work with. We WILL DEFINITELY drive a little extra to use Cavender Ford in the future. Their customer service was nothing short of AMAZING.”

This is my first diesel truck so I was wanting to learn as much as I could about maintenance, DIY servicing, etc. Every employee at Delco took over an hour total to sit and explain everything to me and with a smile on their faces.
