I highly recommend Prime Collision Works! They did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle/taillight after I was backed into. I had a quote from another repair center that was going to cost thousands, and they would have my vehicle for two weeks to complete the repair. The quote from Prime was CONSIDERABLY less, and they had my vehicle for only one day to complete the repair once the part was onsite. Erick was great! He was knowledgeable, kind and honest.”

“Let me start out by saying how picky, detailed, and stern I am with my cars, especially my BMW. I always garage keep my BMW. I do not drive her in the sun, rain, or snow/ice. She’s my baby and I take good care of her mechanically and physically.
I have been to many other collusion repairs; 1) Way over priced 2) Paint did not match at all, and told me they couldn’t do anything about it after I spent $600 just for painting 3) I have been Baited and switched before at other places.
I heard of this amazing collusion place through family, I am very skeptical about new places and I had a body shop that I was content with but recently my last body shop did not match my bumper correctly. I was unhappy.
I needed a new body shop so I gave Fluid Concept Collision a chance. I spoke to Cameron about an estimate of how much my m-sport bumper would be he told me he could match it perfectly and be at an affordable, good price. Everyone talks a good talk, but I wanted to see the work. This place I read had amazing reviews but again I was skeptical.
Cameron worked on my bumper (painted) and diffuser fitting for 3 and a half days ensuring that it was going to match, because I told him I had a bad experience before with another collusion place. I had high hopes and man….the reviews, words, and praises were right!
I have a lot of pictures of how accurate the paint job was. Cameron definitely took his time and ensured that my bumper matched my 13 year old car. He made sure that the bumper color moved with the lighting. The bumper was very smooth, almost like glass, it looked like.
I also asked for my diffuser to be trimmed, and Cameron made sure that too was a perfect fit, all for a very affordable price.
I asked if there was a warranty, Cameron ensured that they would have my back if the paint cracked or had a defect.
I’m very happy and excited about the result.
This is my new body shop for now on.
I will have them work on all my cars and all my body mods for the future.

A gentleman looked it up and gave me options. I chose his recommendation. A young lady came over, attached the adapters needed, and put them on my truck. No hesitation, no second guessing. “I have been here on multiple wheel tire excursians. I still need to put tires on my gold BMW wheels. I will come back to R&R in Moore specifically. Exp: I was about to get my car back done with amazing job of tire fitment, and they helped this woman who had a flat and got her a (free) spare to get home. She will come back to get a tire replacement, and so will I. That is what we need more of these days. People and companies like this.
