He noticed my son had a dinosaur shirt on and started to talk to him about dinosaurs and even took him behind the counter to show him and ankylosaurus. 10/10 service and loved how he went above and beyond to talk to my kiddo as well ☺️”

“I stopped into look at new Boots and luckily Hannah was there to help! She mentioned I may only need new inserts, given the condition of the boots. She cleaned, conditioned, and put new laces on them. They literally feel as comfortable as they did brand new! Another reason to go red wing and I’m forever sold on them!”
“Dillon at the Penn Square location went ABOVE and beyond helping me and my cousin find shoes. I was having a stressful day and my cousin and I were looking for shoes for him. He was from abroad and was very specific about the fit which resulted in trying on 6+ shoes. He even convinced me to get my own pair and I had to try on a few myself ?. We ended up having to order shoes for my cousin and they arrived in 2 business days. This is my go to store now in OKC for my sneakers.”
“I ordered a Marin Alpine trail for a great price and it was delivered in a weeks or less. when I was hauling it back it flew out my truck damaging the rear tire slightly. I brought it in and they had the tire straightened good as new so I could enjoy the bike. Sun and Ski has more of the bike shop feel where the people working actually ride or use the products they carry. I’m now a Fan of this place. Also whoever boxed up my bike did so like they were shipping their own bike it was full of padding and wrapped up very well.”
“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought a 3 piece suit for my husband to wear to our daughter's wedding. Our salesman referred us to a seamstress to have some alterations done. When we returned to her at the scheduled day to pick up his suit, we found she hadn't even started on the alterations! She said she would get the work done but it would be several hours. The wedding was the next day at 10am so panic set in!
We returned to GQ to buy some additional items and quietly mentioned the issue. The owner quickly stepped in and contacted the seamstress. He then insisted on giving us discounts on additional items and giving us several items at no cost even though the situation was in no way their fault. He then drove to her shop to check on the situation as well as to fold and put in the pocket square for my husband. We were able to get the suit within a couple of hours and my husband looked amazing for the wedding!
We have already recommended this store to several people and will continue to do so. We will definitely be returning to buy my husband some suits for work. They have found life long customers and supporters! You just don't find customer service like this anymore!”

“There is so much to love about Betsy and her shoe heaven, it's hard to know where to start. I guess the best place to start is with how amazingly kind Betsy herself is, which is way more than what you get with other mid to high-end shoe stores. I never felt pressured to buy more than I wanted and she was just so personable. That alone is enough to make me return. The next thing I love is her selection. It's not to big, but it's not too small. It's just right! You're not overwhelmed with choices or pushy salespeople (cough dillards), but there is definitely at least one pair of fabulous shoes at Betsy King for everyone. I left with one pair, while dreaming of another. Not to mention, it is just darling inside. It's vintage, a little retro, with some splashes of modern. I highly recommend following her on Instagram to keep tabs on her inventory and sales. To all my shoe people out there - this place should be on your regular rotation!”
“For me, this is the closest store to my home. Great selection of sporting goods (shooting, fire arms, and fishing) gear. Also has a whole nother side dedicated to your active sports, shoes, weight lifting, and camping. Quite a selection of goods for nearly any sport, or outdoor recreation. Staff seem to be fairly friendly, and help you when asked. I've found that, they dont really bother you, shadow you, or otherwise make you feel uncomfortable. Never seen the lines get too big and products range in price. Never had any issues with faulty or low quality. Yeah, I'd recommend this place for a pretty fair product price, and often has sales.”

“Went in to make a quick return & during that time I witnessed a very rude customer be unnecessarily disrespectful to Casey as she was trying to assist with her needs. The customer was disputing the price that the shoes rang up for. Casey ultimately called over Talia for some help and when Casey stepped away to cover the area Talia was covering the lady asked Talia if Casey was a new employee because she “act slow & dumb, or retarded or something” Talia politely asked the customer, “ please don’t be rude” and I wanted to give both of these lovely’s credit for providing exceptional service with a smile despite the rude, disrespectful and unnecessary comments made by the customer. They both are sweet, polite, and very helpful! The world needs mor managers like Talia!”

I think their prices are absolutely fair considering you get to walk in, try them on, look at options, and sell sneakers instantly to them for a good price/store credit while you are there.
