“I love how the associates I encounter at this store take the time to ask me “how are you doing?” or if I need help finding anything. It’s always been easy to find someone to help me when I needed it. And the knowledge base of the employees is incredibly helpful. This is why I won’t go to their competitor stores where most of the employees give off the vibe that they don’t want to be there if you come across any. Additionally, the audio in this store is nice, not annoying like their competitors.”

“I have been a Lowe's fan for 15 years. I have had a few poor experiences with Lowe's over the years. Decided to move to Home Depot and I am glad I did. I had a unique application using Formica. Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work. I have been to the Edmond store about 8 times so far all the employees on the floor as well as the cashiers are wonderful. Eager to answer your questions and help you find what you need. “Usually don't get my plants at Home Depot, I go to their competitor but everyone needs to go to the Home Depot on Broadway in Edmond. There is a Home Depot employee there named BO that is not only knowledgeable, helpful and kind but he is turning the plant area around.
