Dennis was very nice and extremely helpful. He made sure her car was delivered to her parent's property and even lowered/waived the price of the tow. “What a PHENOMENAL STANDARD of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed my license plate frame replaced. Stopped by and the customer service rep who helped me was personable and spent more than 15 minutes helping me change my frame. In spite of it being evident I have the ability to change the frame myself, the gentleman respectfully insisted on providing support. Customer care is a dying breed; happy to know it still exists at this O'Reilly's. Great management at this location! I will return tor all of my auto needs!”

“(Note read attached addendum below)I have unfortunately had a repeated negative experience. I took delivery of my black rubicon gladiator and brought it in freshly detailed from delivery for a warn platinum winch, a metal cloak game changer lift , bead lock wheels and 37s. I gave half down on a $16,000 job and asked that they please keep it inside and clean. I was assured that they would. I returned to find it had bird poop on it and had been rained on and parked in the mud. The interior driver side door sill was also scuffed up. I called later to explain that I didn’t appreciate this and asked that they take better care of it next time. I was assured that they would. The vehicle was detailed yet again. Fast forward a few months and I choose to regear it and put in new axles as it was getting around 9mpg after going from 34 inch tires to 37’s.. I pay half down on a 6k job and am told that it would be available for pickup on the 23rd. I asked if they were sure this day would work as I have an inconsistent work schedule and may not be able to pick it up later. I asked them to please keep it inside and clean. I was told through text message that the vehicle would be kept “inside and warm.” I eventually am contacted and told that they are missing a part they ordered and they could use a used part from my current axles but they would charge me extra labor to do so. I explained that I wasn’t paying extra for someone else’s mistake. On the 26th of December they let me know that the vehicle was done and that I could pick it up. I was told to drive the vehicle very gently so that it could break in the gears with a proper wear cycle. I came to pick it up and found the vehicle sprayed in mud all the way up the mirrors, to the tail lights. When I asked why this happened if they kept it indoors and warm as they promised they would. They then tell me they actually only kept it indoors at night despite the “inside and warm” claim. They said that I could bring it back when I get back from my work trip in a few weeks and and after I have time to start putting in the 500 mile wear to have it detailed. So I guess maybe close to a month from now I can have the mud removed from what was a detailed vehicle yet again or just fix their problem myself. I guess I just need to get use the idea that despite repeatedly asking them to take care Of my vehicle and being reassured that they would along with over $20,000 in work done I guess I just need to expect that any detail work that is done before it is delivered to them is going to come back trashed. At this point I really wish I would have taken my business elsewhere.Addendum~ after this review Mike reached out regarding my experience and offered to have the vehicle cleaned and discussed the matter with employees at this shop since then I have had additional work performed and have been happy with the results. Sometimes mistakes do happen and sometimes communication between employees and management isn’t always as efficient as we all hope but they did come through and address my past negative experiences in a professional manner.”

Please keep in mind that services such as auto body repair have slowed down since covid due to supply chain demands. These are not circumstances they have any control over nor do any other body shop. I worked with Elder who was so helpful in every way. He was easy to reach when I had questions, always calling me back if he missed my call, and made sure parts were ready even before I dropped my car off! “Had a great experience. I called and spoke with Tony about rebuilding the differential in my work truck. He commented to getting it in and getting it finished in a day or so. Was hoping to have it back by closing on Friday but due to the wrong seals being delivered, he had a mechanic come in on Saturday to finish it and get it back to me. “If I could give more stars I would. I've never written a review before, but my experience was so great I decided I should do one. I went into autozone to see if I could rent a jack, they don't do that but they still were able to help me out! One of the workers, I believe his name is Pippen showed me that I actually had a jack in my car that I did not know about, taught me how to use it, and helped get out the cone that was stuck under my car(it had been turned over in the middle of the road and I had not seen it)! A woman there, I believe her name was Lauren, was also helpful in the cone retrieving adventure. Pippen was extremely nice throughout the entire process and taught me as we went to make sure I could use the jack on my own next time I needed it. Everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome when I just felt silly. Thanks again, guys!”
