I called and the young man working there not only got the bolt ordered in for me but had it there the next day. He couldn’t have been kinder when I showed up to pick up the product. “I was in need of a battery for my 2020 Tahoe. I went to AutoZone and John did not want to help us he did everything in his power to divert us away. Will thank you John cause we came to Oriellys Auto and Ronan was awsome and so helpful. He switch out our battery and sold us a new one saving us so much money. John wanted us to take it to a auto shop were we would have paid so much more. Ronan has helped me choose were I will go from now on for anything auto. Ronan is the reason why companies will thrive. “I decided to get rid of the disaster prone CP4 pump on my 2015 Silverado 2500 along with some other upgrades. These folks were amazing very professional. I did have an issue afterwards with a fitting leaking and once I brought it in they pulled it straight in and got to work fixing it. I will definitely recommend them and will be back for all my future needs.”
“This review is entirely unsolicited. I offered to submit this and Zack graciously accepted. I was at their location two days ago for a separation of quarter panel from main body of vehicle. I told Zack that his shop worked on another one of my vehicles before within the last year and that they did great work. I told him that is why I was returning as a customer. Zack evaluated the vehicle from the underside. He then went in the shop and asked Nate to come out and look at it. Nate evaluated it quickly and told me he could fix it within just a minute or two. He went back inside the shop, got a tool, and returned to the parking lot and proceeded to fix the panel in about two minutes time. Zack was present during the entire time. In all, it took about five minutes for everything. I asked Zack how much he wanted for the work and he refused any type of payment. He even refused for me to buy Nate and Zack lunch. I can't say enough about this as they took care of me and didn't ask or any payment. But I know that in the future should I have any minor or major work to be completed I will seek out this business and trust that any quote I get will be an honest quote; I therefore won't be needing to shop around for a bigger better deal because I know the quote I get from these fellows will be a fair and honest quote.
