They can assist with simple tasks like replacing windshield wipers. O'Reilly Auto Parts is a good store that has what customers need, and they are willing to answer questions and help with problems.

Ronan was incredibly patient and helpful. He helped me identify the part I needed for our SUV, and took the time to help me with removal and install of the battery we ultimately chose. He was friendly and gave his attention to me and to others visiting the store while I was there.
