“I Went up there with a leak coming from my radiator and I had no idea where it was coming from, me and a few other people were looking for it a week or so ago and couldn't find it either. So I went sometime just filling the resivour with water as it needed it which was almost everyday. It got to the point to where Its gonna be getting below freezing here in a day or so, so I decided to head up to this O'Reilly's to see what they had to say.

Walked in and the young man working at that time asked if I needed any help and I explained what was going on and he said let me go take a look. We both went out there and originally couldn't find it so I went back in with him and he helped me choose some coolant to use so I went ahead and purchased it.

As I went outside to fill the coolant resivour up he followed behind me and handed me a funnel and while I was pouring it in he was looking to see if he could possibly find where it was leaking from... Low and behold he found exactly where it was leaking from and showed me all I had to do was push the hose on a little more and I heard it clamp on..

No more leak now and the engine isn't overheating anymore thanks to y'all's employee Asher..

If management reads this PLEASE give this young man a raise because he went above and beyond to help me and out of all the other auto stores I've been too this was my far my best experience... I will continue to bring y'all my business due to this young man right here.
