“No one likes having their car repaired, but if you ever do, this is the place to go. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and were incredibly helpful. When I picked up my car, it looked just like it did the day I bought it — they even detailed the interior.
Joel was the claims advisor/tech who worked on my car, and his attention to detail really showed. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming, and the friendly dog in the lobby made the whole experience even nicer.
Overall experience: 10/10.”

“Bianca was friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were going to give us a 2025 Hyundai Elantra but we asked to switch to the VW Jetta and she happily switched our vehicle. The VW was a little bit more but she kept it at the lower rate which was very nice of her. Awesome service and very friendly. “I was a claimant, as someone hit my parked car. Enterprise was very accommodating and able to provide me a rental, last minute; due to my busy work schedule. They were very professional and even gave me a ride to the body shop my car was at when returning the rental. Great customer service and very professional.”
“Ive been to this location multiple times, to lots of the one star reviews, this isn't an airport rental location. You have to plan ahead to get a car from this location.
Ive always just showed up and picked the car I wanted before hand.
Transactions take a little longer also as its not like a airport where I can just go grab my car and leave, but it takes no longer than 10 minutes, never bothered me. simple pickup and drop-offs.”
“Was dealing with about 5 other dealerships on the phone through text and calls. Jim Norton in Tulsa came with a good trade in value as well as a food price for the vehicke we wanted. Eric Vincent was our salesman and he was nothing but honest from the beginning and was always answering our questions within reasonable time. That is why we took the 2 hour one way trip to Tulsa to by our brand new vehicle. After the terrible experience we had with Joe Cooper I can not speak enough good words about this dealership. “Parking is plentiful early morning can't say for rest of day. On this day I was there as support person for returning a vehicle that was used for transportation to shopping center after dropping of individual who had a appointment there I left. As for retailers in shopping center I don't have enough information to give a good opinion on review yet.”

“I can't say enough good things about how my experience turned out with my latest rental at this location. They didn't have the class of vehicle I rented, so they upgraded me to an SUV. Turns out this particular SUV rode very rough which was going to be a problem for my bad back and a same day turnaround trip to Dallas. Took the SUV back and told the agent I wanted to cancel the rental. She suggested I take a different SUV that was an upgrade. After trying the seats in both options offered, I was off to Dallas in the one that was most comfortable. My family and I have rented from this location a few times and will continue to do so.”
“I was having a hard time finding a rental around at other rental companies, everyone was sold out, and I came to the hertz on Peoria, the two ladies inside were great, customer service was amazing, I can’t remember their names, but they made my experience very great, and such a easy process, I told them I would sign up to become a gold member, I heard that’s a quick process, can’t wait to continue doing business with Hertz!”
