“I brought in a 1961(?) Curtis Mathes Black & White TV, record player, AM/FM console to be repaired.
It would not turn on and didn’t have any sound from the speakers. The record player barely worked. It was super dusty on the inside - many if not all capacitors were probably toast and most places that I called said to get rid of it.
Not Video Revolution. Not only were they up for the challenge, Guillermo knocked it out of the park! The picture on the TV looks incredible for its age. The record player works great and everything sounds crisp and perfect! Guillermo even walked me through how to use the TV since some of the labels have worn off with age. He answered any questions I had about the repair with ease.
If you have an old CRT TV that you want to preserve, I can’t recommend this place enough. They are super professional, kind and knowledgeable about pretty much anything related to media/TV/Video/Audio.
Guillermo even took a picture of the TV as I left, clearly displaying a level of passion about preserving these types of electronics. Getting the TV back made my entire week a little better and I left with a smile.

“I have never felt the need to leave a review before in my life, but today was the exception.
Yesterday my cricket phone stopped charging, just like the 2 phones before it. In the past they simply sold me a new phone, and switching everything over was a hassle and expensive. I have been a Cricket customer for over 25 years, I have spent over $20K with their company. I run 2 businesses through my phone, and lose thousands of dollars per day if it doesn’t work.
Today I walked into the Cricket store at 51st and Sheridan and explained this to Carley, the customer service rep who was working. I also explained that I was ready to find a new provider since they couldn’t sell me a phone that lasted over 12 months. I was very upset.
Instead of brushing me off or trying to sell me a new phone that I didn’t want, she listened patiently, then took the time to clean out my charge port. It full of very small dirt particles. She plugged my old phone in and it lit right up!
Not only did she make my day, but I will be using Cricket for the rest of my life and want to recommend it to everyone.”

If any one gets frustrated with customer service or in your phone fixed up switching your plan, whatever, Tracie is your girl! She had me laughing, and set me up with the best phone case, let me use the landline to get my verification code for a new phone since my current phone was water damaged. She put the new screen protector on and sometimes they don't do that unless you ask. But she put it all together for me without me asking and got me the best plan fit for me. Seriously made my day and I needed that. I never write a review for a phone store before, let alone a positive one...but this location is the one... Thank you!!!”

“I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon as an AT&T store in Colorado screwed me over two different ways. It's a long story, but AT&T just wouldn't help me fix the problems they made. Even after multiple attempts on our part. Their only option was for me to change numbers, which is a ridiculous inconvenience.
I finally decided to just switch to Verizon as they were running a fantastic promotion. This was over a month ago, and I've been so pleased with the way Summer and Dominic helped me. It was as painless as AT&T was difficult.”

“Happy with the folks at Aaron’s. Today is installation day just ONE day after I placed my order for a new living room set, TV and washer / dryer with affordable payment plans. Being lease to own, the extra prices (APR) are steep, so be cautious, but this doesn’t mean this place doesn’t take care of you. Very satisfied in and out in 45 minutes for multiple items!!!
