“I had gone to a big box store in town to see if they could help me out on a problem that we had and it was almost impossible to get help. Once I did they sent me to an aisle to look for my solution and I could not find anything so I decided to seek help from a local establishment. I remembered Rogers lumber company had helped us before on another problem we had and I decided to stop there for this problem. They immediately started licking in a book that they had and found something that might work and they ordered it for me and said that if it didn't fit up to what I was looking for that I can bring it back and no charge and they would work with me to find another solution. I find this kind of customer service to be unfounded in today's atmosphere and I will remember this for when I have other problems that need to be solved. I will be a returned customer again.”

“Do you member a time when you walked into a store and were greeted with a friendly hello and what are you looking for today? Sisco True Value Hardware is one of those stores. I said I need some 1/4 inch bolts 3/4 of an inch long and nuts the young man selected the 12 items I needed had the in a bag and marked in a flash and I was on my way fast than I could have found my ro the must and bolt area at the big box store. Ya, it cost me .02 per item for my purchase. But what's is my time worth. I will be back many times just for the service. Thanks guys you made my day!”
