“I had to take my car for repair on December 2nd after an accident. I got it back 24 days later, they had a problem with their sprayer, oil mixed with paint. They had to sand and paint all the cars again. When I went to get my car, they just handed me the keys and let me go. I was disappointed, hoping for a little something, maybe fill up my tank that would've cost them $20, but nothing! I am an Uber driver, and this meant that I couldn't work for 24 days! I went home right away and sent a message on their website, saying how disappointed I was. I had an answer less than an hour later from the owner "I am so sorry for what happened, I was gone for a month, what can I do to make it right!" I was surprised to receive such a fast answer and told him that my car needed some love and made a list of what needed to be done, telling him to choose whatever he wanted to do on this list. I had an answer right away "bring your car on the 7th and we will do everything on the list!" I was amazed! I got my car back last night, everything on my list has been fixed. I have no word to say how thankful I am, and what an awesome customer service they provided, they really went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough!”

I got rear ended a few months ago, and it was quick and easy to get a quote. I got a quote from a few places and theirs was reasonable, and affordable.
I got to speak directly with Jim himself, and he handled a lot of my questions. Both him and his wife went the extra mile to make sure I could easily get transportation to my rental car.

“Great work and even better customer service ! Took my car in for front end damage, told the owner I didn’t need the 100$ grill replaced and he replaced it for free . He also got some scratches out for free (accidental but didn’t even ask me to pay for it) turn around time was very quick ! While I was in there he had what seemed like regulars come in, probably because they know this is the best body shop around. 10/10 recommend. Side note, they also have a very cute shop doggo.”
“Jeff is amazing and after a headache with insurance; he took over for us and got us taken care of after someone side swiped us as we were parked: it was a nightmare but Jeff got insurance squared away and the work is immaculate! “This place is outstanding! I went here for the first time the other day to get a new splash guard and my taillight repaired. I was bracing for an estimate of six or seven hundred dollars. Instead, they charged a little over two-hundred for everything! I was very pleasantly surprised. They also told me that there's a recall on my current airbag which is something that I was completely unaware of. So they look out for your safety AND your wallet! The customer service was great, also. Five stars for sure!”

My maroon car had tiny flecks of white paint on the hood and windshield that had been sprayed on the car when following a dump truck and they were able to get all of this off. “My front bumper is set very low so it scrapes on the concrete block that is in some parking spots. It was starting to come loose and I thought it would be difficult to fix myself. I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper. Viola fixed. I would have paid $75 to $100 for the fix since I am too old to be doing stuff like that. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE IT WAS SUCH A EASY (FOR HIM) FIX. THANKS SO MUCH.”

They explained things well to me and told me about their warranty for their work not only was the work done well, but they had also cleaned the interior of my vehicle. Very satisfied!”

“After having my car in the shop with Trident several months back I found my car back in the shop after getting rear ended on the road. Working with the insurance provider I was warned going with a shop that was not one of their preferred vendors could leave me open to covering the costs of the damage, but I would not trust repairing my vehicle with anyone else but Trident. They were prompt to get my vehicle in quickly, amongst the many other clients they serve, and diagnose not only the visible damage to my vehicle but also the less obvious but equally critical parts. They also handle correspondence back and forth with insurance and are properly able to work with insurance to cover all the damage when the initial estimate wouldn't even cover half of it. Erin and her team are always quick to provide me updates on what is going on with the car now, tomorrow and how soon it can be back on the road. While its never fun having your car in the shop, you cannot find better service than with Erin and her team at Trident Collision!”

“On my drive to move to Tulsa (yes, with all my worldly belongings in tow), my tire decided to go full diva and shred itself to bits, taking part of my car down with it. Cue the scramble to find help, and after reading some stellar reviews, I entrusted my car to Gerber Collision and Glass. They didn’t just fix the damage; they worked absolute magic. My car looked so good I was half tempted to give it a congratulatory pat.
But wait… plot twist. Just as I was leaving the shop, another tire popped. I mean, seriously? It was like my car wanted to welcome me to Tulsa with a dramatic performance. Enter Ryan from Gerber Collision—a legend who, instead of heading home for a well-deserved Friday night with his family, came to my rescue on his own time. He patched me up, got me rolling again, and asked for absolutely nothing in return. The guy could have been cracking open a cold one at home, but nope, he was out there saving my sanity.

“Very honest guys working here. Was told there were several screw holes in my trailer and couldn’t get loaded until they were fixed. THREE different Techs looked for said holes with the trailer doors closed and could not find a hole anywhere or where any light could come through anywhere in my trailer. Sounds like someone didn’t want to load a trailer on a Friday afternoon. I’d give STE a 10/10 ⭐️ if possible.”

Tracy finished the body work in 2 weeks & then the dealership had to do something but Tracy made sure the dealership was done before day 30.
