“Jim and his team did a great job. It really represents the beauty of working with a family owned, local shop.
I got rear ended a few months ago, and it was quick and easy to get a quote. I got a quote from a few places and theirs was reasonable, and affordable.
I got to speak directly with Jim himself, and he handled a lot of my questions. Both him and his wife went the extra mile to make sure I could easily get transportation to my rental car.
They were so friendly, timely with the repairs, and answered my questions along the way.”
“Best experience I have ever had in this industry. Had a wrecked front end. Got an appt the day I called. Got an estimate while sitting there. They ordered the part that day and had things ready to go the next day and finished the job quickly. Very friendly and honest with excellent communication with a fair price . Looked new on completion.
Compare that to my last experience where I took my truck to another place a couple years ago. 3 days went by with no communication or response to my inquiries. Had to drive up to the other place just to get an update and wait in line then never get straight answer. My truck sat there while they waited over a week for the part. Then it was another week to fix it. These were similar level damages.
So Trademark took 2days, while the other place took 2.5 weeks. Night and day difference. Management and good skilled technicians make a difference folks.”

“My front bumper is set very low so it scrapes on the concrete block that is in some parking spots. It was starting to come loose and I thought it would be difficult to fix myself. I took it to Unique and the guy opened the hood took a look at the place where the bumper is connected to the rest of the car, went to the back of the shop came back with several pieces of hardware inserted them into the bumper. Viola fixed. I would have paid $75 to $100 for the fix since I am too old to be doing stuff like that. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING SINCE IT WAS SUCH A EASY (FOR HIM) FIX. THANKS SO MUCH.”

“Solid repair work from AAA Frame and Body after a front-end collision. I needed a frame horn and bumper brackets straightened out, new bumper, alignment, etc. No other major body shop would attempt the repair and most didn't have the frame machine to handle the job. Jeremy made sure all parts and labor were factored into the quote and they were able to get the truck looking new again. No surprises on the final price and I was kept up to date on progress while the truck was in the shop. AAA is my new go-to location for auto body.”

After a very short conversation, I come to find they don’t typically do what I needed, it’s not their business., I was disheartened and ready to leave, but instead we start chopping it up, turns out, Ryan’s the real deal, one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve encountered re autos, They are a passion of his and it shows. Aside from his love of auto and family, the owner, Ryan,strikes me as a.man who gives more to the stream of life than he takes. If you care about who you give your money to, look no further, schedule an appointment and you’ll soon see what I mean. .
The garage, (which Is merely a front, for a customer service business), is very clean, large, well lit and organized..The kind of place id I feel comfortable leaving my car overnight. Heck, it may even be an upgrade my attached garage.
Short story long, I needed this experience more than I let on. I’m tired of getting beet down by faceless businesses with no accountability, business’ who’s desire for the dollar FAR outweighs customer safety and common sense. This sounds a little too much , but my visit to CarStar, saved me $750!, as well as helped restoring my optimism about the future of both business and humanity.
