“Great work and even better customer service ! Took my car in for front end damage, told the owner I didn’t need the 100$ grill replaced and he replaced it for free . He also got some scratches out for free (accidental but didn’t even ask me to pay for it) turn around time was very quick ! While I was in there he had what seemed like regulars come in, probably because they know this is the best body shop around. 10/10 recommend. Side note, they also have a very cute shop doggo.”

“Made an appointment with Alternate Automotive and when we showed up they were ready to work. Good group of people that were honest and transparent.
Had an issue with our car A/C and they were able to pinpoint the problem and get it repaired. Another place in owasso wanted to replace the entire A/C system costing almost 4 times the amount. They were able to save us a good amount of money and did the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend them.”

“I called this morning and spoke to Doug about my Titan XD.
He was so nice and knowledgeable .
He was very honest and I would love to do business with him but unfortunately Nissan has made it hard to work on the Diesel truck.
I appreciate Doug being honest and not letting me bring the truck in and cost thousands.
I think that is the best customer service when they take the time to spend on the phone and still be so nice even when I’m not bringing the truck in for service.
I was told if the dealership doesn’t help me out that he would try to help me.
