Towing
Hours: BJS Wrecker is a friendly and reliable towing company known for its excellent customer service and professionalism. Customers appreciate the kindness of the staff, especially Robert and Kathy, who make towing a pleasant experience and treat clients like humans rather than just customers. The team is quick to respond, providing fast and smooth service, even in stressful situations such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents. One customer shared how the driver went above and beyond by trying to start a car, saving them an unnecessary tow and allowing their child to see the tow truck, which made a stressful moment more positive. Another customer was helped during a traumatic incident when their vehicle's wheel came off on the highway; the driver responded promptly, offering great communication and making the process quick and smooth. BJS Wrecker also offers affordable rates, often less expensive than other companies, without sacrificing professionalism. They handle various situations, including flat tires and towing for insurance companies like State Farm. Customers feel confident calling BJS Wrecker because of their friendly attitude, helpfulness, and dedication to making each experience as painless as possible. Overall, BJS Wrecker is highly recommended for their caring service, quick response time, and affordable rates, making them a trusted choice for towing needs.
