“My husband and I love to shop at Aldi. We are blessed this store is only 3 mins drive away from our home.
I have never had any issue until a week ago. Checking my credit account on Nov 19th, I noticed another charge (of the same day of Nov 14) of $9.34. I had forgotten that I visited the store twice on Friday (Nov 14). I could find only one receipt ($22.74) in my search.
So I visited the duty manager on Nov 20. I am impressed by Tracy. I had come at a very busy time. There were 2 lines of customers checking out. Tracy acknowledged my presence and told me that she will be right with me as soon as the lines were down to one cashier. I watched Tracy and Icia, as they work quickly and smoothly with the check outs. Very impressive.
Tracy printed a copy of the receipt ($9.34) and asked if the 3 items looked familiar. They were! The 1st receipt ($22.74) was at 9:39 am. The 2nd receipt was at 2:54 pm. I remembered I had to go back to the store to buy the 3 ingredients I needed to make a pumpkin cake!
I felt stupid and embarrassed because I have forgotten entirely about the $9.34 purchase. There were no receipt and no record in my journal.
I am thankful that Tracy (the duty manager) treated me with respect, patience and understanding. Very pleasant and friendly lady with a beautiful smile. It was a pleasure meeting her. And Icia. She was such a sweet lady. I actually spoke to Icia about meeting her duty manager and she has taken me to Tracy.
We have been patronizing this store since we moved to this city, for 10 years now. We love the products and the price that Aldi offers. Thank you.”

“Went here for the first time and the experience was almost overwhelming. There was a tremendous amount of inventory and the prices were amazing! I will definitely be returning and I suggest to all my fellow veterans that can go to go. They shoot for a 25% savings on your grocery bill and I probably hit about a 46% on the items that we usually buy! Your VA ID as long as you are Medal of Honor, Purple Heart, or Service Connected, that will get you in to the gate on Air Depot , and the commissary is the huge building you can see to the left . ID works similar to that Sam or cost place. I don't know about bringing other people with you. I think you can check, one or two people as long as I have a "Real ID."”

Hands down better than any other frozen chicken product bagged out there. Almost 4lbs for 6.98 and on sale sometimes for 4.98 and we can eat lunch 3/4 times.”

“The owner treats his employees and the community very well, and I have heard nothing but great things about Harry. They always have my coffee and smokes in stock. And the employees are very kind and have amazing food. It is my go to spot! The store is nice and clean with friendly staff. I highly recommend this gas station. Not to mention they started making fresh burgers and also serve delicious fresh breakfast 7 days a week. I plan on ordering 1 burger tomorrow. My biggest pet peeve is that since they changed management a few months ago, you can find almost nothing sugar-free or no-sugar added. They used to have a very decent selection of keto breads and other keto stuff. Not anymore.”
“I been doing business here for almost 35 yrs. Beth has been the owner since my first time there. They are my gas station, quick stop, bank, and mostly good friends. They pretty much have all the necessities and are reasonably priced for a local convenience store. Beth and roy are awesome even if the prefer hondas!! They have real gas as well as diesel and kerosene as well as free air. My only complaint would be the pumps seem to run slower. If u are in the area stop in and check it out. Dont expect anything fancy though.”
