“I know they're new in town, but they were on my way home so, after somebody backed up and hit my car. They had me in and out, took care of my enterprise car rental, and everything was stress-free. The customer's service was excellent. Even the manager will come out and meet and greet you. I've never had anything to do with vehicle being worked on be this easy with no stress. They took care of everything with the insurance. I didn't even have to deal with the guy's insurance that hit me , from the time I went in there to the time I picked up my keys. If you are even considering going there, you should. If it had ten star rating, I would give it!!!!”

“Recently I had the pleasure and great fortune of pulling into this establishment to inquire on fixing my Subaru outback bumper. A week or so prior, I had the misfortune of backing into something resulting into a deep dent in the bumper. It is one those damages that would require a few thousands to fix. As soon as the owner saw it, he got under the car and began to push it out. He enlisted the help of one of his associates and spent at least an hour straighten that bumper. Despite little difficulties they encountered, they kept at it to completely fix the bumper. At the end I asked how much does this cost. The owner tended his hand shook mine and said no charge. Despite my insistence, he refused to take any money. This is the kind of service you do not see anymore. If you are in the area and need any service you should pay them a visit. I am not telling you it will be free but upstanding people do not allow money to interfere with their ability to help another person.”

“Customer service is excellent here. The guys here are very respectful, and don't push you into getting anything. They simply just tell you what you want to know. I even waited about a week before I decided to do the spray in bed liner, and what sold me beside the price were the pictures posted from other reviews. I wasn't expecting too much. Once I saw my truck bed in person, I was blown away from the quality and looks of it! Not to mention how quickly the turnaround time was! Only took a few hours. Dropped it off by 8am and got a call at 11am that it was ready. The pictures don't do the bedliner justice. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed!”

And as much as I wanted and was looking for any reason to find or possibly create an issue to have someone to get mad at.... Honestly somehow the owner made it a pleasurable experience. He let me know exactly what I needed to know, and none of what I didn't. And made it as painless as possible. I normally just get only my tires done at Good Year and take my Honda Odyssey to the dealership for everything else done. Now I have a price comparison if Honda can’t match or bet Good Years quote.
