Aaron and his team got my car in and kept me up to date on my cars progression throughout the process, they did a very good job now my car looks brand new. They are pretty busy but they don't desapoint. The lady at the front desk is friendly and will assist in any way she can.”

“Chasity was the perfect person to help find my mother’s new to her car. She was so sweet, patient and caring to us. My mom didn’t want a car with too many new fangled gadgets to deal with, and she had a very specific budget. Chasity stayed with us throughout the entire process. We actually chose her car before it had made it to maintenance and detail. Chasity updated me several times to let me know the status. Toyota did the work to get my moms car tags, and Chasity kept me aware of the status of that also. We were very pleased with how sweetly and politely we were taken care of. Last week I took my car in for regular maintenance, After speaking to Johnathan regarding a strange, unusual occurrence everytime I would go to break, my car was acting shaky. I had recently replaced a tire due to a nail and it was not properly balanced.
Jonathan saved my life. He thought he may know the answer. Before taking it in the car had been looked at by others and nobody even came close to that diagnosis. Johnathan had it right and the Service Team Corrected the problem that was created elsewhere. Johnathan is an Excellent Service Writer/Tech and he has been a God send to me.
